What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for peeling beans and separating the hulls from peeled beans, the method comprising:
 driving a disc having rough surfaces to abrasively impact beans in water within a bounded region, and   separating the hulls from the beans by a double-stage filtration process,   wherein the bounded region is restricted by a barrier that is a first stage filter to separate peeled beans from the hulls, and   a remaining mixture is gathered in a second stage filter to trap the hulls.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1  wherein the barrier comprises multiple rings having gaps between rings, a size of the gaps preventing the beans but allowing the hulls to pass to a collection region. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2  wherein the second stage filter comprises multiple funnels to gather and trap the hulls. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1  wherein the second stage filter further comprises a mesh that is sized to trap the hulls. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1  wherein a wall of the bounded region comprises a rough surface.
