For-display advertisement product and related method

Abstract

Disclosed is an advertisement product and method that allows a user of said product to create durable, weatherproof and professional signage and similar type product, more specifically advertisement signage. A single said advertisement product and related methods provide the user with several custom and/or standard signage creation options; whereby signs are created by printing predefined and in some cases customizable data group data to durable sign stock. Another disclosed and said advertisement product and method provides the user with an option of creating custom sized and printed labels for application to specific areas of related third party advertisement products, displays, apparatuses and signage, and in doing so creating a professional looking and legible advertisement display products. Further disclosed is a method and process by which system linked contact information as applied to said created advertisement products make available powerful system services to aid in advertising processes.

1 . A made for retail advertisement product and method, where
 said product contains   at least one print ready sheet of print stock, print stock such as that selected from label stock, sign stock, weatherproof stock, waterproof stock, tear resistant stock and combinations and variations thereof; and   product instruction; whereas   
       said instructions instruct a consumer of said product on how to access at least one said product related electronic templates; and whereas
 said electronic template related data group output is intended for print onto said printable material; and whereas 
 said printable material is intended for display. 
 
     
     
         2 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 1 , where said electronic template is customizable by said consumer. 
     
     
         3 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 1 , where said printable material is a type of label stock. 
     
     
         4 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 3 , where at least some portion of at least one said printed label stock sheet is intended for application to a third party product. 
     
     
         5 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 4 , where at least one said printed label stock portion includes a cut here line surrounding said data group contained therein; and where
 said portion is cut away at said cut here line and the label backing is removed, said label portion with backing removed is sized to specifically fit to at least one designated placement area on said third party product.   
     
     
         6 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 1 , where at least some portion of the data group is a type of contact information. 
     
     
         7 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 6 , where at least some portion of the data group is system linked data, that when used to interact with said system initiates a predestinated said system action. 
     
     
         8 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 1 , where said printable material is a type of sign stock. 
     
     
         9 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 4 , where said third party product is a type of sign, such as the following sign types of signs, for sale sign, for lease sign, for rent sign, for information sign, garage sale sign, yard sale sign, yard sign, caution sign, private access sign and variations and combinations thereof.

The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 8 , where said printed data is of a signage artwork type, such as the following signage art types, for sale sign, for lease sign, for rent sign, for information sign, garage sale sign, yard sale sign, yard sign, caution sign, private access and variations and combinations thereof.

The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 8 , where said printable material is a type of sign stock as selected from, adhesive backed sign stock with peel-away backing, magnetic backed sign stock with peel-away backing, static-cling type sign stock with peel-away backing, Velcro backed sign stock with peel-away backing, and variations and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         12 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 1 , where said printable material is sized as such, including thickness, so as to be printable by standard printer. 
     
     
         13 . The advertisement product as defined in  claim 1 , where some portion of said printable material is preconfigured graphics. 
     
     
         14 . The advertisement product as defined in  claim 13 , where said graphics are of a type as related advertisement signs, such as yard signs, caution signs, prohibitive signs, private access signs and variations and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         15 . The advertisement product as defined in  claim 1 , where said printed material is intended for application to a display related object. 
     
     
         16 . The advertisement product as defined in  claim 15 , where object is an advertisement display related object.

         18 . A made for retail many signs in one advertisement signage product and method, where
 said product contains   
       at least one print ready and weatherproof sign stock sheet, and
 product instruction; whereas 
 
       said instructions instruct a consumer of said product on how to access at least one said product related signage specific electronic templates; and whereas
 said electronic template related data group output is intended for print onto said sign stock sheet, allowing said consumer to instantly create weatherproof, professional and optionally customizable signs intended for display. 
 
     
     
         19 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 18 , where at least some portion of the data group is a type of contact information. 
     
     
         20 . The advertisement product and method as defined in  claim 18 , where at least some portion of the data group is system linked data, that when used to interact with said system initiates a predestinated said system action.
