Articles and formulations for smoking products and vaporizers

Abstract

Methods and apparatuses for the customization of tobacco and cannabis smoking products including formulations for onserts, precision rods and precision pods for harm reduction products particularly for those who simultaneously smoke or vape tobacco and marijuana, as well as methods and apparatuses for blending a salt of nicotine in crystalline form and one or more cannabinoids in crystalline form for a precision pod for use in a vaporizer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A flavor injection system for inserting one or more compounds into a smoking product to infuse the one or more compounds into mainstream smoke of the smoking product, the flavor injection system comprising:
 a plunger mechanism;   a precision rod for insertion into the smoking product; and   one or more compounds individually equaling at least 1 mg selected from the group consisting of nicotine, anatabine, anabasine, flavor, Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), cannabichromenenic acid (CBCA), cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), cannabigerovarinic acid (CBGVA), tetrahydrocanabivarinic acid (THCVA), cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA), cannabichromevarinic acid (CBCVA), myrcene, caryophyllene, pinene, limonene and humulene,   wherein the plunger mechanism is connected to the precision rod,   wherein the precision rod comprises one or more holes and an inner chamber that houses the one or more compounds, and   wherein the plunger mechanism is configured to transfer the one or more compounds from the inner chamber into the smoking product through the one or more holes of the precision rod.   
     
     
         2 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is nicotine and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         3 . The flavor injection system of  claim 2 , wherein the nicotine comprises a nicotine salt. 
     
     
         4 . The flavor injection system of  claim 2 , wherein the nicotine comprises a synthetic nicotine. 
     
     
         5 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is anatabine and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         6 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         7 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         8 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         9 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is tetrahydrocanabivarinic acid (THCVA) and the smoking product is a cigarette. 
     
     
         10 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is flavoring and the smoking product is a cigarette, the flavoring selected from the group comprising vanilla, cherry, grape, mango, orange, clove, blueberry, peach, cinnamon, coconut, licorice, chocolate, fruit, coffee, strawberry, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, lime, menthol, mint and toffee. 
     
     
         11 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is nicotine and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         12 . The flavor injection system of  claim 11 , wherein the nicotine comprises a nicotine salt. 
     
     
         13 . The flavor injection system of  claim 11 , wherein the nicotine comprises a synthetic nicotine. 
     
     
         14 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is anatabine and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         15 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         16 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         17 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         18 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is tetrahydrocanabivarinic acid (THCVA) and the smoking product is a cigar. 
     
     
         19 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is a flavoring and the smoking product is a cigar, the flavoring selected from the group comprising vanilla, cherry, grape, mango, orange, clove, blueberry, peach, cinnamon, coconut, licorice, chocolate, fruit, coffee, strawberry, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, lime, menthol, mint and toffee. 
     
     
         20 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is nicotine and the smoking product is a marijuana cigarette. 
     
     
         21 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is anatabine and the smoking product is a marijuana cigarette. 
     
     
         22 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is a flavoring and the smoking product is a marijuana cigarette, the flavoring selected from the group comprising vanilla, cherry, grape, mango, orange, clove, blueberry, peach, cinnamon, coconut, licorice, chocolate, fruit, coffee, strawberry, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, lime, menthol, mint and toffee. 
     
     
         23 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is nicotine and the smoking product is a spliff. 
     
     
         24 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is anatabine and the smoking product is a spliff. 
     
     
         25 . The flavor injection system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more compounds is a flavoring and the smoking product is a spliff, the flavoring selected from the group comprising vanilla, cherry, grape, mango, orange, clove, blueberry, peach, cinnamon, coconut, licorice, chocolate, fruit, coffee, strawberry, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, lime, menthol, mint and toffee.
