Cloud-based contacts management
Abstract
Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a system for managing and adding contacts. A first mobile device can display an image that can be recorded by a second mobile device. Similarly, the first mobile device can record an image displayed by the second mobile device. The image data from each mobile device can be transmitted to a cloud based contact management system, which can match the images to contact information associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can then push the contact details of each mobile device to the other mobile device, and/or link social media accounts associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can also store connection records that represent an ongoing authorization to push contact information changes from each user to the other, respectively.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A contact management system, comprising:
a memory having stored thereon computer executable components; a processor that executes at least the following computer executable components:
a matching component receives, from a first mobile device, initiation data associated with an initiation request from a second mobile device; and
a connection component that sends first contact data associated with the first mobile device to the second mobile device, wherein the first contact data is associated with a first profile of a first entity associated with the first mobile device selected from a plurality of profiles of the first entity based on a first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity associated with the second mobile device.
2 . The contact management system of claim 1 , wherein the connection component sends second contact data associated with the second mobile device to the first mobile device, wherein the second contact data is associated with a second profile of the second entity selected from a plurality of profiles of the second entity based on the first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity.
3 . The contact management system of claim 1 , wherein the matching component determines the first relationship type based on social media data associated with at least one of the first entity or second entity.
4 . The contact management system of claim 1 , wherein the connection component sends modified first contact data to the second mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified first contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the first entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
5 . The contact management system of claim 1 , wherein the connection component sends modified second contact data to the first mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified second contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the second entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
6 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein connection component sends the first contact data in response to receiving confirmation data from the first mobile device indicating acceptance of the initiation request.
7 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the connection component receives data indicative of the first type of relationship from the first mobile device.
8 . A method, comprising:
receiving, by system comprising a processor, from a first mobile device, initiation data associated with an initiation request from a second mobile device; and sending, by the system, first contact data associated with the first mobile device to the second mobile device, wherein the first contact data is associated with a first profile of a first entity associated with the first mobile device selected from a plurality of profiles of the first entity based on a first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity associated with the second mobile device.
9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising sending, by the system, second contact data associated with the second mobile device to the first mobile device, wherein the second contact data is associated with a second profile of the second entity selected from a plurality of profiles of the second entity based on the first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity.
10 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising determining, by the system, the first relationship type based on social media data associated with at least one of the first entity or second entity.
11 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising sending, by the system, modified first contact data to the second mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified first contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the first entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
12 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising sending, by the system, modified second contact data to the first mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified second contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the second entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
13 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising sending, by the system, the first contact data in response to receiving confirmation data from the first mobile device indicating acceptance of the initiation request.
14 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising receiving, by the system, data indicative of the first type of relationship from the first mobile device.
15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution, cause a system including a processor to perform operations comprising:
receiving, from a first mobile device, initiation data associated with an initiation request from a second mobile device; and sending, by the system, first contact data associated with the first mobile device to the second mobile device, wherein the first contact data is associated with a first profile of a first entity associated with the first mobile device selected from a plurality of profiles of the first entity based on a first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity associated with the second mobile device.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising sending second contact data associated with the second mobile device to the first mobile device, wherein the second contact data is associated with a second profile of the second entity selected from a plurality of profiles of the second entity based on the first relationship type between the first entity and a second entity.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising determining the first relationship type based on social media data associated with at least one of the first entity or second entity.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising sending modified first contact data to the second mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified first contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the first entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising sending modified second contact data to the first mobile device based on a change from the first relationship type to a second relationship type between the first entity and the second entity, and wherein the modified second contact data is associated with a different profile of the plurality of profiles of the second entity, and the first relationship type is different from the second relationship type.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising sending the first contact data in response to receiving confirmation data from the first mobile device indicating acceptance of the initiation request.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
