What is claimed is:

         1 . A clinician station, comprising:
a base; an interactive device stand coupled to said base; and a display terminal coupled to said base facing said interactive device,
wherein said clinician station is electronically communicable over a network with a cloud based system configurable to host a medical session between a patient in a patient station and an operator using said clinician station.

2 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein said operator is any one of a nurse, a doctor, a pharmacist, a nurse practitioner, a nursing assistant and a clinician.

3 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein said base includes a footwell about a front end of said base for receiving said operator's feet therein.

4 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein an LED light source is attachable to a bottom end of said base.

5 . The clinician station of claim 4 , wherein said LED light source is programmable to emit a specific color-coded light.

6 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein said interactive device stand comprises,
an electronic device electronically communicable with said cloud based system hosting said medical session; a device casing having a depression for retaining said electronic device therein; and an adjustable arm extending upwardly from said base and coupled to a bottom portion of said device casing.

7 . The clinician station of claim 6 , wherein said adjustable arm is a telescopic arm that includes a plurality of members insertable and slidable within one another allowing said operator to selectively adjust said interactive device stand to a desirable height.

8 . The clinician station of claim 6 , wherein said electronic device is a smart tablet.

9 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein said display terminal comprises,
an electronic display device electronically communicable with said cloud based system hosting said medical session; a display casing having an opening for receiving said electronic display device therein; and an adjustable arm extending upwardly from said base and coupled to a bottom portion of said display casing.

10 . The clinician station of claim 9 , wherein said adjustable arm is a telescopic arm that includes a plurality of members insertable and slidable within one another allowing said operator to selectively adjust said display terminal to a desirable height.

11 . The clinician station of claim 9 , wherein said display casing includes a top, a front, a back, opposite right and left sides, and an interior spacing.

12 . The clinician station of claim 11 , wherein said back of said display casing includes a ventilation grill positioned above an access panel, said access panel provides said operator access to said interior space of said display casing.

13 . The clinician station of claim 11 , wherein a pair of LED light sources are attachable to said opposite right and left sides of said display casing.

14 . The clinician station of claim 9 , wherein said telescopic arm is movable by electrical actuators.

15 . The clinician station of claim 6 , wherein said telescopic arm is movable by one of mechanical force and electrical actuators.

16 . The clinician station of claim 1 , wherein said operator has functional control over a plurality of systems provided inside of said patient station through said interactive device during said medical session.

17 . The clinician station of claim 16 , wherein said systems provided inside of said patient station include a locking system, a privacy system, a medical prescription system, and a sanitation system.

18 . The clinician station of claim 1 , further comprising a floating camera extending from a top end of said display terminal.

         19 . A clinician station, comprising:
a base having a top end, a bottom end, a front end, a back end, and a footwell about said front end of said base for receiving an operator's feet therein, said base further including an LED light source attachable to said bottom end of said base; an interactive device stand, comprising
 an electronic device,
a device casing having a depression for retaining said electronic device therein, and
