Assembling structure of seat or backrest of mesh chair
Abstract
The seat or backrest includes a meshed fabric; a frame being of an annular shape and attached by the meshed fabric; a frame seat having fixing holes and a groove for receiving the frame; and a base having an annular carrier on a periphery thereof. The carrier is disposed with assembling holes corresponding to the fixing holes and a surrounding wall for isolating an assembling position of the frame seat. The frame presses the meshed fabric to be embedded into the frame seat so that the meshed fabric is fastened on a side of the frame seat. A plurality of fasteners separately pass through the assembling holes and the meshed fabric and are fastened into the fixing holes, so that the frame seat with the meshed fabric is secured on the base.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A seat or backrest of a mesh chair, comprising:
a meshed fabric; a frame, being of an annular shape, and attached by the meshed fabric; a frame seat, corresponding to the frame in shape, and having fixing holes and a groove for receiving the frame, wherein the frame presses the meshed fabric to be embedded into the frame seat so that the meshed fabric is fastened on a side of the frame seat; and a base, corresponding to the frame seat in shape, having an annular carrier on a periphery thereof, and the carrier being disposed with assembling holes corresponding to the fixing holes and a surrounding wall for isolating an assembling position of the frame seat; wherein the frame seat is disposed on an outside of the surrounding wall, the frame seat is provided with positioning members toward the base, the base is formed with positioning recesses for being separately inserted by the positioning members, and a plurality of fasteners separately pass through the assembling holes and the meshed fabric and are fastened into the fixing holes, so that the frame seat with the meshed fabric is secured on the base.
2 . The seat or backrest of claim 1 , further comprising a buffer placed on a part of the base inside the surrounding wall to be covered by the meshed fabric, wherein a height of the buffer supports the meshed fabric to be slightly higher than the frame seat, and a pressing flange is formed atop the frame seat toward the surrounding wall.
3 . The seat or backrest of claim 2 , wherein the buffer is of a U-shape, each of two ends of the buffer is formed with a positioning pillar, and the base is formed with positioning holes corresponding to the positioning pillars, the positioning pillars are separately inserted into the positioning holes, and the buffer is fixed on the carrier by fasteners.
4 . A seat or backrest of a mesh chair, comprising:
a meshed fabric; a frame, being of an annular shape, and attached by the meshed fabric; a frame seat, corresponding to the frame in shape, and having fixing holes and a groove for receiving the frame, wherein the frame presses the meshed fabric to be embedded into the frame seat so that the meshed fabric is fastened on a side of the frame seat; a base, corresponding to the frame seat in shape, having an annular carrier on a periphery thereof, and the carrier being disposed with assembling holes corresponding to the fixing holes and a surrounding wall for isolating an assembling position of the frame seat; and a buffer placed on a part of the base inside the surrounding wall to be covered by the meshed fabric; wherein the frame seat is disposed on an outside of the surrounding wall, a plurality of fasteners separately pass through the assembling holes and the meshed fabric and are fastened into the fixing holes so that the frame seat with the meshed fabric is secured on the base, a height of the buffer supports the meshed fabric to be slightly higher than the frame seat, and a pressing flange is formed atop the frame seat toward the surrounding wall.
5 . The seat or backrest of claim 4 , wherein the buffer is of a U-shape, each of two ends of the buffer is formed with a positioning pillar, and the base is formed with positioning holes corresponding to the positioning pillars, the positioning pillars are separately inserted into the positioning holes, and the buffer is fixed on the carrier by fasteners.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
