Claims

Abstract

A cosmetic container has a shell, a pressing member, a containing device, a joining sleeve, a brushing device, a positioning sleeve, and a cap. The pressing member and the containing device are disposed in the shell. The containing device is located below the pressing member. The joining sleeve is disposed on a bottom opening of the shell. The brushing device, the positioning sleeve, and the cap are disposed on the joining sleeve. The brushing device abuts against and communicates with the containing device. The positioning sleeve abuts against the brushing device. Bristles of the brushing device extend out of the positioning sleeve. The cap is disposed on the joining sleeve. Liquid fragrance in the containing device is sprayed to the bristles by the pressing member. The bristles can brush the skin of a user for applying the liquid fragrance to the skin of the user.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cosmetic container comprising:
 a shell having
 a top surface; 
 a bottom surface; 
 a chamber formed in the shell; 
 a top opening formed on the top surface of the shell and communicating with the chamber; and 
 a bottom opening formed on the bottom surface of the shell and communicating with the chamber; 
   a pressing member moveably disposed in the shell and facing the top opening of the shell;   a containing device disposed in the chamber of the shell and located below the pressing member;   a joining sleeve disposed on the shell and inserted through the bottom opening of the shell;   a brushing device disposed on the joining sleeve, communicating with the chamber of the shell, and having
 a brushing head disposed on the joining sleeve and having
 a seat disposed on the joining sleeve and having
 a bottom surface; 
 an inner-bottom surface; 
 an assembly recess formed on the bottom surface of the seat; and 
 an inlet formed on the inner-bottom surface of the seat and communicating with the assembly recess; and 
 
 multiple bristles disposed into the assembly recess of the seat; and 
 
 a spray head disposed on the seat of the brushing head, abutting against the containing device, and communicating with the inlet and the containing device; 
   a positioning sleeve disposed on the joining sleeve and abutting against the seat of the brushing head, wherein the bristles of the brushing head extend out of the positioning sleeve; and   a cap disposed on the joining sleeve and covering the bristles of the brushing head and the positioning sleeve.   
     
     
         2 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the joining sleeve has an inner surface and multiple retaining holes formed through the inner surface of the joining sleeve, the positioning sleeve has an outer surface and multiple retaining portions, the retaining portions are formed on and protrude out of the outer surface of the positioning sleeve and are respectively inserted into the retaining holes of the joining sleeve. 
     
     
         3 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein
 the joining sleeve has
 an inner surface; 
 a bottom surface; 
 multiple retaining grooves formed on the inner surface of the joining sleeve, wherein each one of the retaining grooves has a longitudinal section and a transverse section, a bottom end of the longitudinal section extends to the bottom surface of the joining sleeve, and the transverse section is connected to a top end of the longitudinal section; and 
 multiple retaining protrusions formed on the joining sleeve, wherein the retaining protrusions are respectively inserted into the transverse sections of the retaining grooves; and 
   the seat has
 an outer surface; and 
 multiple retaining blocks formed on and protruding out of the outer surface of the seat; 
   wherein each one of the retaining blocks has a top surface and a retaining recess formed on the top surface of the retaining block, the retaining blocks are respectively inserted into the longitudinal sections of the retaining grooves and respectively move into the transverse sections, and the retaining protrusions are respectively inserted into the retaining recesses of the retaining blocks.   
     
     
         4 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the seat has an inner surface and a first engaging portion formed on the inner surface of the seat, the spray head has an outer surface and a second engaging portion, the second engaging portion is formed on the outer surface of the spray head and is inserted into the first engaging portion, the first engaging portion has an annular recess formed on the inner surface of the seat, and the second engaging portion has an annular protrusion inserted into the annular recess. 
     
     
         5 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein
 the seat has an inner surface and a first engaging portion formed on the inner surface of the seat, the first engaging portion has an annular recess and multiple rectangular recesses, the annular recess is formed on the inner surface of the seat, and the rectangular recesses are formed on the inner surface of the seat at spaced intervals, are connected to the annular recess, and extend to a top surface of the seat; and   the spray head has an outer surface and a second engaging portion, the second engaging portion is formed on the outer surface of the spray head, is inserted into the first engaging portion, and has an annular protrusion and multiple rectangular protrusions, the annular protrusion is formed on the outer surface of the spray head and is inserted into the annular recess, and the rectangular protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the spray head at spaced intervals, are connected to the annular protrusion, and are respectively inserted into the rectangular recesses.   
     
     
         6 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein
 the shell has an inner surface and a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion is formed on the inner surface of the shell and has a connecting groove and multiple anti-rotation grooves, the anti-rotation grooves are connected to the connecting groove, extend to the bottom surface of the shell, and communicate with the bottom opening; and   the joining sleeve has an outer surface and a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is formed on the outer surface of the joining sleeve and has a connecting protrusion and multiple anti-rotation protrusions, the connecting protrusion is inserted into the connecting groove, and the anti-rotation protrusions are connected to the connecting protrusion and are respectively inserted into the anti-rotation grooves.   
     
     
         7 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein
 the shell has an inner surface and a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion is formed on the inner surface of the shell and has a connecting groove and multiple anti-rotation grooves, and the anti-rotation grooves are connected to the connecting groove, extend to the bottom surface of the shell, and communicate with the bottom opening; and   the joining sleeve has an outer surface and a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is formed on the outer surface of the joining sleeve and has a connecting protrusion and multiple anti-rotation protrusions, the connecting protrusion is inserted into the connecting groove, and the anti-rotation protrusions are connected to the connecting protrusion and are respectively inserted into the anti-rotation grooves.   
     
     
         8 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein
 the shell has an inner surface and a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion is formed on the inner surface of the shell and has a connecting groove and multiple anti-rotation grooves, and the anti-rotation grooves are connected to the connecting groove, extend to the bottom surface of the shell, and communicate with the bottom opening; and   the joining sleeve has an outer surface and a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is formed on the outer surface of the joining sleeve and has a connecting protrusion and multiple anti-rotation protrusions, the connecting protrusion is inserted into the connecting groove, and the anti-rotation protrusions are connected to the connecting protrusion and are respectively inserted into the anti-rotation grooves.   
     
     
         9 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the shell has a top sleeve and a bottom sleeve, the top opening is formed on the top sleeve, the top sleeve has an outer surface and a notch, the notch is formed through the outer surface of the top sleeve and communicates with the top opening, the bottom sleeve is detachably disposed on the top sleeve, and the bottom opening is formed on the bottom sleeve. 
     
     
         10 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the shell has a top sleeve and a bottom sleeve, the top opening is formed on the top sleeve, the top sleeve has an outer surface and a notch, the notch is formed through the outer surface of the top sleeve and communicates with the top opening, the bottom sleeve is detachably disposed on the top sleeve, and the bottom opening is formed on the bottom sleeve. 
     
     
         11 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the shell has a top sleeve and a bottom sleeve, the top opening is formed on the top sleeve, the top sleeve has an outer surface and a notch, the notch is formed through the outer surface of the top sleeve and communicates with the top opening, the bottom sleeve is detachably disposed on the top sleeve, and the bottom opening is formed on the bottom sleeve. 
     
     
         12 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the top sleeve has an inner surface and multiple longitudinal chutes formed on the inner surface of the top sleeve, the pressing member has an outer surface and multiple guiding blocks, and the guiding blocks are formed on the outer surface of the pressing member and are respectively inserted into the longitudinal chutes. 
     
     
         13 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the top sleeve has an inner surface and multiple longitudinal chutes formed on the inner surface of the top sleeve, the pressing member has an outer surface and multiple guiding blocks, and the guiding blocks are formed on the outer surface of the pressing member and are respectively inserted into the longitudinal chutes. 
     
     
         14 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the top sleeve has an inner surface and multiple longitudinal chutes formed on the inner surface of the top sleeve, the pressing member has an outer surface and multiple guiding blocks, and the guiding blocks are formed on the outer surface of the pressing member and are respectively inserted into the longitudinal chutes. 
     
     
         15 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the seat has an outer surface and a first joining portion formed on the outer surface of the seat, the positioning sleeve has an inner surface and a second joining portion formed on the inner surface of the positioning sleeve, and the first joining portion is inserted into the second joining portion. 
     
     
         16 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the seat has an outer surface and a first joining portion formed on the outer surface of the seat, the positioning sleeve has an inner surface and a second joining portion formed on the inner surface of the positioning sleeve, and the first joining portion is inserted into the second joining portion. 
     
     
         17 . The cosmetic container as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the seat has an outer surface and a first joining portion formed on the outer surface of the seat, the positioning sleeve has an inner surface and a second joining portion formed on the inner surface of the positioning sleeve, and the first joining portion is inserted into the second joining portion.
