Method and terminal for implementing communication

Abstract

Provided is a method performed by a terminal of performing communication, the method including sending, by a terminal to which a floor is granted, media to at least one other terminal, when a predetermined event occurs in the terminal, monitoring a signal received by the terminal to grant the floor of the terminal, and when the media is received from another terminal within a predetermined time as a result of the monitoring, granting the floor to the other terminal.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method, performed by a terminal, of performing communication, the method comprising:
 receiving a call release message;   generating a call release acknowledgement message including a call identifier information element (IE), a caller IE and a callee IE, in response to receiving the call release message; and   transmitting the call release acknowledgement message,   wherein a timer for waiting a message with a same call identifier, is initiated in response to receiving the call release message.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the call release acknowledgement message is generated, in case that the terminal participating a call receives the call release message. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 terminating a media session for the call.   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the call release acknowledgement message is generated, in case that the terminal waiting a user indication for a private call setup request message receives the call release message. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , entering a state not participating a call based on the received call release message. 
     
     
         6 . A method, performed by a terminal, of performing communication,
 the method comprising:   receiving a call release acknowledgement message, in case that the terminal waits a release response;   stopping a timer regarding a call release retransmission; and   entering a state not participating a call based on the received call release message,   wherein a timer for waiting a message with a same call identifier, is initiated in response to receiving call release acknowledgement message.   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 6 , further comprising terminating a media session for the call. 
     
     
         8 . A terminal for performing communication, the terminal comprising:
 a transceiver: and   a processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:   control the transceiver to receive a call release message,   generate a call release acknowledgement message including a call identifier information element (IE), a caller IE and a callee IE, in response to receiving the call release message, and   control the transceiver to transmit the call release acknowledgement message,   wherein a timer for waiting a message with a same call identifier, is initiated in response to receiving the call release message.   
     
     
         9 . The terminal of  claim 8 , wherein the call release acknowledgement message is generated, in case that the terminal participating a call receives the call release message. 
     
     
         10 . The terminal of  claim 8 , wherein the processor is further configured to terminate a media session for the call. 
     
     
         11 . The terminal of  claim 8 , wherein the call release acknowledgement message is generated, in case that the terminal waiting a user indication for a private call setup request message receives the call release message. 
     
     
         12 . The terminal of  claim 8 , wherein the processor is further configured to enter a state not participating a call based on the received call release message. 
     
     
         13 . A terminal for performing communication, the terminal comprising:
 a transceiver: and   a processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:   control the transceiver to receive a call release acknowledgement message, in case that the terminal waits a release response,   stop a timer regarding a call release retransmission, and   enter a state not participating a call based on the received call release message,   wherein a timer for waiting a message with a same call identifier, is initiated in response to receiving call release acknowledgement message.   
     
     
         14 . The terminal of  claim 6 , wherein the processor is further configured to terminate a media session for the call. 
     
     
         15 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon a program for executing the method of  claim 1  in a computer.
