Abstract
The portable urinal of the preferred embodiments comprises a receptacle with a wide opening and Internal cavity, where the internal cavity converges towards a tube neck, wherein a tube is attached to the tube neck, wherein the tube is attached via a disconnect coupler to a container, where the container can be sealed and separated from the tube, where the receptacle is shaped to accommodate one or more of the male genitalia and the female genitalia. The portable urinal of the preferred embodiments is designed to allow a user to urinate in restroom inaccessible locations without discomfort, without creating an odor, without chance of spilling bodily fluids and without inappropriately exposing their body so that they can urinate in locations where other people may be present.

1 . A device assembly comprising:
(i) an interior cylinder concentric to and slidably received in an exterior cylinder, the interior cylinder having an interior cylinder top end and an interior cylinder bottom end, and the exterior cylinder having an exterior cylinder top end and an exterior cylinder bottom end; (ii) a button release being located proximate the interior cylinder top end; (iii) an interior sealing member extending around the interior cylinder bottom end and an exterior sealing member being installed on an interior surface of the exterior cylinder; (iv) a function rod; wherein an end of the function rod is sealably connected to the interior cylinder top end and another end of the function rod has a function rod tip notch configured to lock into a function rod hole provided on the exterior cylinder for an open position; (v) a spring positioned between the interior cylinder and the exterior cylinder; wherein
(a) when the button release is pushed down, the function rod moves downwardly, aligns with the function rod hole on the exterior cylinder, and locks into the function rod hole in an open position;
(b) when the function rod tip notch is pushed in from the function rod hole on the exterior cylinder, the function rod is completely out of the function rod hole, the spring pushes the interior cylinder including the function rod upwardly in a closed position.
2 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising:
(i) a receptacle and a receptacle lid; (ii) a liquid tube with a first end and a second end; (iii) a liquid container cap.
(a) the first end of the tube coupling to a receptacle outlet-neck of the receptacle which is movable; and
(b) a storage portion positioned on the liquid container cap configured to store the receptacle and the tube.

According to claim 1 , wherein a receptacle is either movable or fixed on a liquid container cap; wherein a receptacle lid and a receptacle body have a snap lock in front; wherein the receptacle lid has a receptacle lid tube sealably secured on top of the receptacle lid, and wherein the receptacle lid tube is configured for cleaning the device assembly.
4 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further configured to allow liquid to flow through the interior cylinder in an open position and disallows the liquid to flow in a closed position.
5 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising the interior cylinder top end including an interior cylinder top end adapter, which being connected to a second end of a tube; wherein the interior cylinder bottom end has one or more holes configured to allow liquid to flow there from; wherein
(a) in the closed position, the interior cylinder bottom end and the exterior cylinder bottom end are adapted to be adjacent each other, and the interior sealing member is adapted to be in direct contact with the exterior cylinder bottom end to prevent the liquid from exiting the device assembly; (b) in the open position, the interior cylinder bottom end is adapted to be located below the exterior cylinder bottom end such that the interior sealing member is not in contact with the exterior cylinder bottom end; and the one or more holes are open to allow the liquid to flow into the liquid container; and (c) in the closed position and in the open position, the exterior sealing member is configured to stop liquid leakage between the interior cylinder and the exterior cylinder.

According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising a liquid pathway, wherein the liquid pathway is partially located inside the interior cylinder, and runs from a receptacle to the interior cylinder bottom end, wherein in the open position liquid is allowed to flow without interruption from the receptacle through the tube and through the liquid pathway into the liquid container; and wherein in the closed position the liquid is disallowed to flow and is secured in the liquid container.

According to claim 1 , the device assembly further configured to be sealed at both ends of the interior cylinder including one or more holes at the interior cylinder bottom end such that liquid cannot flow through the interior cylinder; wherein the device assembly is configured to facilitate the open position and the closed position for the liquid collected in a receptacle.
8 . According to claim 1 , wherein the device assembly without a tube has a receptacle which is fixed on a liquid container cap, wherein the device assembly controls liquid inside a receptacle body in the open position and in the closed position, and wherein the interior sealing member and the exterior sealing member are used to seal tight a receptacle bottom opening positioned either next to or surrounding the interior cylinder bottom end and the exterior cylinder bottom end.
9 . According to claim 2 , wherein a receptacle is shaped to fit a female user's genital in front and is rounded in the rear for male users, and wherein the receptacle further comprises a receptacle opening covered with a silicone polymer cushion.
10 . According to claim 2 , the device assembly further comprising a sieve, wherein the sieve is installed inside a receptacle cavity and is configured to prevent liquid splash-back onto a user.
11 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising a privacy garment, wherein the privacy garment provides access to inside of the privacy garment and tyings or strings of various types and forms are used to hold the privacy garment to a torso of a user to free the user from holding the privacy garment, wherein the privacy garment is kept inside a liquid container lid, and wherein the privacy garment is configured to be worn in public to protect the user from violating local ordinances and from privacy intrusion from people nearby or in a place without accessible restrooms.
12 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising a liquid container; wherein the liquid container has a liquid container body and a liquid container lid with a lock in front, and a release opening.
13 . According to claim 12 , wherein the release opening comprises a release opening plug and a release opening hole, wherein the release opening plug is sealably secured to a release opening cap, and wherein the release opening hole has a sealing member and holds tight the release opening plug at the joint of the release opening plug and the release opening cap.
14 . According to claim 1 , wherein the function rod tip notch is biased against an interior surface of the exterior cylinder when in the closed position.
15 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further comprising:
(i) a cleaning fitting including a first end and a second end; the first end coupling to either a receptacle lid tube or a nozzle and the second end attachable to an inhouse water source; and (ii) an opening and a closing mechanism having
(a) a three-legged stand including a ball on top; and the three-legged stand on a base with two legs sealably secured at both sides of a receptacle lid; and the third leg sealably connected on top of the receptacle lid;
(b) a movable two-rod base sealably secured to an interior surface of a liquid container body; wherein an upper rod of the movable two-rod base is built and shaped to engage with the ball on the three-legged stand and a lower rod is built and shaped to engage with the function rod tip notch;
(c) when the receptacle lid is pulled up, the ball of the three-legged stand pushes the interior cylinder top end downward such that the function rod tip notch locks into the function rod hole on the exterior cylinder for the open position; and
(d) when the receptacle lid is pulled down for closure, the ball of the three-legged stand engages with the upper rod of the movable two-rod base to force a lower rod to push in the function rod tip notch and causes the function tip notch to fall completely out of the function rod hole for the closed position.
16 . According to claim 1 , the method of using the device assembly comprising:
setting the device assembly open using the opening mechanism; installing a sieve in a receptacle cavity; removing a privacy garment from inside a liquid container lid; pushing down the button release, the function rod moves downwardly, and aligns with the function rod hole and locking the function rod tip notch into the function rod hole for the open position; donning the privacy garment being wrapped around a user's waist; positioning the receptacle and urinating into the receptacle; pushing the function rod inwardly from the function rod hole to force the function rod tip notch completely out of the function rod hole; the spring pushes the interior cylinder upwardly for the closed position; taking off the privacy garment; setting the device assembly closed by using the closing mechanism; storing the privacy garment inside the liquid container lid.
17 . According to claim 1 , wherein the device assembly including other components presented in claims 2 - 16 is the portable urinal assembly.
18 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further including a nozzle; wherein an end of the nozzle is sealably connected to an interior cylinder top end adapter and another end is closed by a nozzle cover when in the closed position.
19 . According to claim 18 , the device assembly further comprising a ball to seal off air at the nozzle when a bottle of wine is at an upright position and the ball moves to another position when the bottle is tilted downward to extract wine from inside the bottle.
20 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further including one or more air vents positioned on an exterior surface of the exterior cylinder; wherein the one or more air vents contain one or more anti-bacteria pads and allow air from outside to sip through the one or more anti-bacteria pads; wherein the one or more anti-bacteria pads kill all bacteria coming in; and wherein the one or more air vents have one or more caps to close airtight when in the closed position.
21 . According to claim 1 , the device assembly further including a base configured to hold airtight the device assembly to a top portion of a bottle of wine.
