Abstract
An antibody subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH2 (447), and an antibody subtype (2) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which both C-terminals of the heavy chain are Pro-NH2 (447), and a pharmaceutical composition comprising them.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An antibody subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447).
2 . An antibody subtype (2) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which both C-terminals of the heavy chain are Pro-NH 2 (447).
3 . The antibody subtype according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the heavy chain of the native humanized PM-1 antibody corresponding to the subtype according to claim 1 or 2 has an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.
4 . The antibody subtype according to claim 3 wherein glutamine (Gln) at the heavy chain N-terminal is pyroglutamic acid (pGlu).
5 . The antibody subtype according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the light chain of the above humanized PM-1 antibody subtype has an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2.
6 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising either the subtype (1) or the subtype (2) described in claim 1 , or both of the subtypes (1) and (2).

A method for the treatment of an IL-6R related disease in an individual, comprising administering to the individual the pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447).
8 . A method of producing an antibody subtype 1 comprising culturing a host cell comprising at least one nucleic acid encoding for a heavy chain and at least one nucleic acid encoding for a light chain of an anti-IL-6R antibody, wherein said antibody subtype 1 is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
