Weighted Exercise Bag Apparatus and Methods of Use

Abstract

An exercise bag apparatus, comprising: a cover comprising a re-sealable opening; and, an inner sleeve disposed within the cover, when the exercise bag apparatus is fully assembled, comprising a re-sealable opening and an inner cavity configured for holding a weighty substance therein.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise bag apparatus, comprising:
 a cover comprising a re-sealable opening; and,   an inner sleeve disposed within the cover, when the exercise bag apparatus is fully assembled, comprising a re-sealable opening and an inner cavity configured for holding a weighty substance therein.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the weighty substance includes at least one of particulate matter, liquid, solid matter, and at least one rock. 
     
     
         3 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the inner sleeve is at least one of air-tight and water-tight. 
     
     
         4 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cover is filled with a weighty substance. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising at least one user interface disposed on the cover. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein the at least one user interface is at least one of a handle, a hook or a loop. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the user interface is a mechanism selected from at least one of a handle, a hook, a trap, a band, a groove, a hole and a loop. 
     
     
         8 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cover is constructed of a flexible material. 
     
     
         9 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one user interface is reversibly attachable to the cover, such that the configuration and/or number of user interfaces is variable. 
     
     
         10 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cover is shaped like a cylinder when fully assembled. 
     
     
         11 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cover is shaped like a short cylinder, under 8 inches in height, when fully assembled. 
     
     
         12 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 1 , where the exercise bag apparatus is approximately 10 inches to 30 inches in diameter. 
     
     
         13 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 10 , where the exercise bag apparatus is approximately 2 inches to 12 inches in height. 
     
     
         14 . An exercise bag apparatus, comprising:
 a flexible cover comprising a re-sealable opening; and,   at least one user interface disposed on the cover.   
     
     
         15 . The exercise bag apparatus of  claim 14 , further comprising an inner sleeve disposed within the cover comprising a re-sealable opening and an inner cavity configured for holding a weighty substance therein.
