Washing machine

Abstract

A washing machine comprises a casing, a washing drum assembly arranged inside the casing and a driving device arranged on a lower part of the washing drum assembly, and further comprises a fixed structure fixedly connected with the washing drum assembly and/or the driving device and a supporting structure arranged at the bottom of a casing, wherein the fixed structure is supported on the supporting structure and configured to support the washing drum assembly and the driving device inside the casing, and the fixed structure and the supporting structure cooperate with each other, such that the supporting structure provides supporting forces in multiple directions for the fixed structure. Through setting a fixed structure and a supporting structure, use of suspension damping pieces is reduced, thereby being more beneficial for capacity expansion, and reducing shaking of a washing drum assembly.

1 . A washing machine, comprising
 a casing,   a washing drum assembly arranged inside the casing,   a driving device arranged under the washing drum assembly,   a fixed structure fixedly connected with the washing drum assembly and/or the driving device, and a supporting structure arranged at a bottom of the casing, wherein:   the fixed structure is supported on the supporting structure and configured to support the washing drum assembly and the driving device inside the casing, and   the fixed structure and the supporting structure cooperate with each other to enable the supporting structure to provide supporting forces in multiple directions for the fixed structure.   
     
     
         2 . The washing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein: the supporting structure is provided with a supporting portion for supporting the fixed structure, the fixed structure is provided with a matching portion which is in match with the supporting portion, and
 the supporting portion and the matching portion are both provided with multiple side faces facing different directions, and when a center of gravity of the washing drum assembly shifts, the supporting portion and the matching portion cooperate with each other to provide supporting forces vertical to each of the side faces for the fixed structure.   
     
     
         3 . The washing machine according to  claim 2 , wherein: the supporting portion and the matching portion are both provided with a cambered surface, the cambered surface of the supporting portion and the cambered surface of the matching portion cooperate with each other, and
 when the center of gravity of the washing drum assembly shifts, the supporting portion provides a supporting force vertical to the cambered surface for the fixed structure.   
     
     
         4 . The washing machine according to  claim 2 , wherein: the supporting portion is a projection arranged on the supporting structure and the matching portion is a groove arranged on the fixed structure and matched with the supporting portion, or
 the supporting portion is a groove arranged on the supporting structure and the matching portion is a projection arranged on the fixed structure and matched with the supporting position,   the cambered surface of the projection is an outer cambered surface, an inner wall of the groove is an inner cambered surface, and the outer cambered surface of the projection is in contact and cooperation with the inner cambered surface of the groove.   
     
     
         5 . The washing machine according to  claim 4 , wherein: the supporting structure is provided with a supporting plate for supporting the fixed structure, the fixed structure is provided with a fixed plate which is opposite to the supporting plate,
 the groove is arranged on the supporting plate and the projection is arranged on the fixed plate, or   the projection is arranged on the supporting plate and the groove is arranged on the fixed plate,   and the projection and the fixed plate or the supporting plate are molded in one body or are connected in a detachable manner.   
     
     
         6 . The washing machine according to  claim 5 , wherein: the fixed plate is arranged above the supporting plate, the supporting plate protrudes upwards to form the projection with the outer spherical surface, and the fixed plate is concave upwards to form the groove with the inner spherical surface,
 or, the fixed plate protrudes downwards to form the projection with the outer spherical surface, and the supporting plate is concave downwards to form the groove with the inner spherical surface.   
     
     
         7 . The washing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein: the fixed structure is provided with an accommodation space, and the driving device is arranged in the accommodation space and is fixedly connected with the fixed structure.

The washing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein: the fixed structure further comprises a mounting plate and a supporting piece, two ends of the supporting piece are respectively connected with the mounting plate and the fixed plate, the mounting plate and the fixed plate are spaced apart to form the accommodation space, and the driving device is arranged in the accommodation space and is fixed on a lower part of the mounting plate.

The washing machine according to  claim 8 , wherein: the supporting piece is a supporting column, an upper end of the supporting column is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, and a lower end of the supporting column is connected with the fixed plate, and the mounting plate and the fixed plate are spaced apart to form the accommodation space;
 or, the supporting piece is a barrel-shaped side wall which is formed through upward extension of an edge of the fixed plate, the barrel-shaped side wall and the fixed plate enclose into a concave cavity with an upward opening, the driving device is arranged in the concave cavity, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected with an edge of the opening of the concave cavity.   
     
     
         10 . The washing machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising a damping piece, wherein: one end of the damping piece is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, and another end of the damping piece is connected with the supporting structure.

The washing machine according to  claim 3 , wherein: the cambered surfaces of the supporting portion and the matching portion are both spherical surfaces, and the spherical surface of the supporting portion and the spherical surface of the matching portion cooperate with each other.

The washing machine according to  claim 4 , wherein: the cambered surface of the projection is an outer spherical surface, the inner wall of the groove is an inner spherical surface, and the outer spherical surface of the projection is in match with the inner spherical surface of the groove to provide a supporting force vertical to the spherical surface for the fixed structure. 
     
     
         13 . The washing machine according to  claim 3 , wherein: the supporting portion is a projection arranged on the supporting structure and the matching portion is a groove arranged on the fixed structure and matched with the supporting portion, or
 the supporting portion is a groove arranged on the supporting structure and the matching portion is a projection arranged on the fixed structure and matched with the supporting portion,   the cambered surface of the projection is an outer cambered surface, an inner wall of the groove is an inner cambered surface, and the outer cambered surface of the projection is in contact and cooperation with the inner cambered surface of the groove.   
     
     
         14 . The washing machine according to  claim 10 , wherein: an upper end of the damping piece is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, and a lower end of the damping piece is fixedly connected with the supporting plate.

The washing machine according to  claim 2 , wherein: the fixed structure further comprises a mounting plate and a supporting piece, two ends of the supporting piece are respectively connected with the mounting plate and the fixed plate, the mounting plate and the fixed plate are spaced apart to form the accommodation space, and the driving device is arranged in the accommodation space and is fixed on a lower part of the mounting plate.

The washing machine according to  claim 3 , wherein: the fixed structure further comprises a mounting plate and a supporting piece, two ends of the supporting piece are respectively connected with the mounting plate and the fixed plate, the mounting plate and the fixed plate are spaced apart to form the accommodation space, and the driving device is arranged in the accommodation space and is fixed on a lower part of the mounting plate.
