Abstract

A wearing portion is provided with improved adhesion. A foreign matter intrusion prevention device includes: a stretchable wearing portion formed in a long band shape such that it is to be wound around a predetermined portion of a body in a cylindrical form; and a cover portion structured such that it extends from an end of the wearing portion in the width direction so as to cover a portion of the body. The wearing portion is configured comprising a first wearing member that functions as an outer circumferential side portion of the wearing portion and a second wearing member that functions as an inner circumferential side portion of the wearing portion when the wearing portion is put on the body. The first wearing member and the second wearing member are configured to have different stretching rates.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A foreign matter intrusion prevention device comprising a stretchable wearing portion formed in a long band shape such that it is to be wound around a predetermined portion of a body in a cylindrical form,
 wherein the wearing portion is configured including a first wearing member that functions as an outer circumferential side portion of the wearing portion and a second wearing member that functions as an inner circumferential side portion of the wearing portion when the wearing portion is put on the body,   and wherein the first wearing member and the second wearing member are configured to have different stretching rates.   
     
     
         2 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the second wearing member has a stretching rate that is higher than that of the first wearing member. 
     
     
         3 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the second wearing member has a stretching rate that is lower than that of the first wearing member. 
     
     
         4 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , comprising a cover portion configured such that it extends from an end of the wearing portion in a width direction thereof so as to cover a portion of a body. 
     
     
         5 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first wearing member is formed of a fiber material, and the second wearing member is formed of a synthetic rubber material. 
     
     
         6 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first wearing member is formed of a coating film configured to provide improved slipperiness on a surface of the second wearing member,
 and wherein the second wearing member is formed of a synthetic rubber material.   
     
     
         7 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first wearing member and the second wearing member are affixed to each other in a thickness direction of the wearing portion. 
     
     
         8 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 7 , wherein the wearing portion is configured such that its width at both ends in a longitudinal direction thereof is larger than that at a central portion thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof. 
     
     
         9 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first wearing member forms a portion of the wearing portion on one side in a width direction thereof,
 wherein the second wearing member forms a portion of the wearing portion on the other side in a width direction thereof, and is structured to have a sewn portion sewn to the first wearing member,   and wherein the wearing portion is folded back along the sewn portion as viewed from a longitudinal direction thereof.   
     
     
         10 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 9 , wherein the first wearing member is structured such that its width at both ends in a longitudinal direction thereof is larger than that at a central portion thereof in the longitudinal direction,
 wherein the second wearing member is structured such that its width at both ends in a longitudinal direction thereof is larger than that at a central portion thereof in the longitudinal direction,   and wherein the width of the second wearing member at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof is designed to be larger than the width of the first wearing member at a central portion thereof in the longitudinal direction.   
     
     
         11 . A foreign matter intrusion prevention device comprising a stretchable wearing portion formed in a long band shape such that it is to be wound around a predetermined portion of a body in a cylindrical form in a state in which it is folded back along a longitudinal direction thereof,
 wherein the wearing portion is structured comprising a first wearing member that functions as an outer side portion of the wearing portion thus folded back and a second wearing member that functions as an inner side portion of the wearing portion thus folded back when it is worn on the body,   and wherein the first wearing member and the second wearing member are structured to have different stretching rates.   
     
     
         12 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 11 , wherein the wearing portion is structured such that an inner circumferential portion thereof has a width at a central portion thereof in a longitudinal direction thereof that is larger than that of a central portion of an outer circumferential portion thereof in the longitudinal direction when the wearing portion is worn on the body.

The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 11 , wherein the wearing portion is structured such that opposing faces are sewn to each other in the thickness direction while maintaining the stretchability of the first wearing member and the second wearing member in a state in which the wearing portion is folded back along the longitudinal direction. 
     
     
         14 . The foreign matter intrusion prevention device according to  claim 1 , wherein the wearing portion is structured such that it is to be worn around a neck of the body,
 and wherein the cover portion is structured in a sheet shape so as to cover an upper body portion of the body.   
     
     
         15 . A foreign matter intrusion prevention device comprising a stretchable wearing portion structured in a spiral shape arranged such that it extends coaxially such that it is to be wound in a cylindrical form around a predetermined portion of a body,
 wherein the wearing portion is structured comprising a first wearing member that functions as an outer circumferential side portion of the wearing portion and a second wearing member that functions as an inner circumferential side portion of the wearing portion when the wearing portion is worn on the body,   and wherein the first wearing member and the second wearing member are structured to have different stretching rates.
