Secure easily accessible pocket

Abstract

A garment pocket that secures a smartphone or wallet without using zippers or velcro and a method for making same. Keep valuable items secure while being quickly and easily accessible. Protects a phone from damage by coins and keys. The pocket is made secure based on its opening direction and placement relative to a normal pocket by using its outer flap as a barrier to catch any items that may slide out. This pocket is on the hip to reduce damage to phones during activity by moving them off the users lap. The placement of the pocket also reduces pocket swing.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A secure holding pocket for a cell phone or wallet forming part of a garment, the holder being formed as a separate holding pocket with it's opening access located within a standard pocket of said garment. 
     
     
         2 . A secure holding pocket wherein said pocket is formed by material seamed together around its perimeter configured to an “r” shape leaving a pocket opening access region for permitting a cell phone or wallet to be received and held in said holding pocket. 
     
     
         3 . A secure holding pocket according to  claim 1 , wherein said pocket opening access is configured to be perpendicular to a surface stood on by a person wearing the garment. 
     
     
         4 . A secure holding pocket according to  claim 1 , wherein said pocket opening is located and joined to the inside wall of said standard pocket. 
     
     
         5 . A secure holding pocket according to  claim 1 , wherein said pocket opening access is underneath the outer pocket flap of said standard pocket. 
     
     
         6 . A secure holding pocket according to  claim 1 , wherein said pocket opening is structured to face the front of said garment. 
     
     
         7 . A pocket according to  claim 2 , wherein the top of said pocket is attached to the bottom waistband seam of said garment.
