Abstract
A travel bag retractable handle assembly for hanging items includes two telescopic rods, a horizontal grip fastened to the top ends of the two telescopic rods, and two hanging protrusions respectively formed of a lateral bump, a top bump or both and respectively located on the two opposite ends of the horizontal grip for allowing the user to hang the lifting strap of a shopping bag, carry-on bag or other hanging objects on the horizontal grip.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A travel bag retractable handle assembly, comprising a top mount mounted on a rear top side of a travel bag and a retractable handle retractably mounted in said top mount, said retractable handle comprising a horizontal grip, two parallel telescopic rods connected to a bottom side of said horizontal grip and axially movably inserted through said top mount to an inner bottom side of said travel bag, and two hanging protrusions located at two opposite ends of said horizontal grip for allowing an object to be hung on said horizontal grip.
2 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said hanging protrusions each comprise a lateral bump respectively and transversely protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip outside of respective outer sides of said telescopic rods.
3 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said horizontal grip comprises two protruding connections bilaterally located at the bottom side thereof; said two telescopic rods are respectively fastened to said protruding connections of said horizontal grip; and said two lateral bumps respectively protrude outside of respective outer sides of said protruding connections.
4 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said horizontal grip further comprises an anti-slip pattern formed on each of two opposite ends of a top wall thereof.
5 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said lateral bumps are so configured that a lifting strap passing space is defined in a bottom side of each said lateral bump for passing a lifting strap of a hanging object to be hung on said horizontal grip.
6 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said top mount comprises a grip accommodation open chamber located on a top side thereof for accommodating said horizontal grip, and a groove located on each of two opposite side walls of said grip accommodation open chamber for accommodating said lateral bumps.
7 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said hanging protrusions each comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.
8 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said hanging protrusions each further comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.
9 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said hanging protrusions each further comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.
10 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said hanging protrusions each further comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.
11 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said hanging protrusions each further comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.
12 . The travel bag retractable handle assembly as claimed in claim 6 , wherein said hanging protrusions each further comprise a top bump respectively and upwardly protruding from the two opposite ends of said horizontal grip.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
