Abstract
An accordion-fold desk, comprising: multiple foldable panels, adjacent foldable panels being foldable to each other; wherein the plurality of foldable panels is configurable in a folded state by contracting the foldable panels, and in an operating state by unfolding the foldable panels where a placement section is formed by a top of each of the foldable panels.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An accordion-fold desk, comprising:
multiple foldable panels, adjacent foldable panels being foldable towards each other; wherein the number of foldable panels is configurable in a folded state by contracting the foldable panels, and in an operating state by unfolding the foldable panels where a placement section is formed by a top of each of the foldable panels.
2 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 1 , wherein an upper end side of each of the foldable panels is inclined so that an inclined placement section is formed by the top of each of the foldable panels when the accordion-fold desk is in the operating state, and each of the foldable panels is provided with a baffle at a lower side of the placement section.
3 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 1 , further comprising a desktop unit connected to the top of any of the foldable panels and foldable towards the foldable panel, the desktop unit can be folded and placed on the placement section to form a desktop when the accordion-fold desk is in the operating state.
4 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 3 , wherein two outermost foldable panels are outer foldable panels, the foldable panels between the two outer foldable panels are the middle foldable panels, the desktop unit is connected to one of the outer foldable panels.
5 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 4 , further comprising a connecting panel between and foldable towards the desktop unit and the one of the outer foldable panels, wherein the one of the outer foldable panels, the desktop unit and the connecting panel form an accommodating space to accommodate other foldable panels, except for the one of the outer foldable panels connected to the desktop unit when the accordion-fold desk is in the folded state.
6 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 4 , wherein the number of the middle foldable panels is an integral multiple of 2.
7 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 5 , wherein the foldable panels are formed as rectangles of the same size, folded sections are in form of a broken line when the accordion-fold desk is in the operating state, and the accommodating space is in the form of a parallelepiped when the accordion-fold desk is in the folded state.
8 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 5 , wherein the desktop unit is provided with parallel mounting bars with a mounting gap formed therebetween, the outer foldable panel away from the desktop unit is configured to be inserted into the mounting gap when the accordion-fold desk is in the operating state.
9 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 5 , wherein a mounting hole is formed in the desktop unit, the outer foldable panel away from the desktop unit is provided with a mounting pin which is configured to be inserted into the mounting hole when the accordion-fold desk is in the operating state and foldable within the accommodating space when the accordion-fold desk is in the folded state.
10 . The accordion-fold desk according to claim 5 , wherein all of the foldable panels, the desktop unit and the connecting panel are made of corrugated paper, plastics or metal.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
