Abstract
A user device monitors geo-locations inside and outside of a geographic radius boundary. The user device records geo-locations and information outside and inside of the geographic radius boundary. An application server obtains geo-tagged information from the user device and determines whether geo-tagged information of other registered user devices share similar characteristics. The server generates a list of geo-locations the user of the user device may want to visit based on related attributes of other registered user devices. The server sends the list to the user device in response to one or more registered user devices entering the geographic radius boundary.

1 . A method comprising:
receiving, by a processing device, a selection of a geographic radius boundary; generating a list of geo-tagged information from a plurality of registered devices outside of the geographic radius boundary; and sending the list to a user device in response to a registered device of the plurality of registered devices entering the geographic radius boundary.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving a first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; determining whether the first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is outside of the geographic radius boundary at a first time; gathering geo-tagged information and route information in response to the first geo-location of the user device being outside the geographic radius boundary at a first time; monitoring a plurality of geo-locations of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices outside the geographic radius boundary of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; and determining whether a second geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is within the geographic radius boundary at a second time.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
comparing geo-tagged information from the user device to recorded geo-tagged information from the plurality of registered devices; and determining information having similar characteristics between the geo-tagged information of the user device and the geo-tagged information of the plurality of registered devices.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of registered devices comprises the user device.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the user device displays a portion of the geo-tagged information and route information of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices in addition to receiving the list of geo-tagged information in response to the registered device of the plurality of registered devices entering the geographic radius boundary at a second time.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the geo-tagged information further comprises at least one of geo-tagged photographs, ratings and reviews of geo-tagged locations and landmarks, and routes collected from outside the geographic radius boundary until the registered device of the plurality of registered devices enters the geographic radius boundary.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein separating the geo-tagged information into subsets within a collection time period comprises geo-tagged information and travel route information.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a recording of geo-tagged route information outside of the geographic radius boundary is determined without user intervention.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the geo-tagged information comprises recordings from the registered device of the plurality of registered devices of at least one geographic location and/or a timeline or a map for a historical perspective of past routes and locations.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the recordings of geo-tagged information further comprise at least one of geo-tagged route travel, photographs, ratings and reviews, and locations visited by the user device and/or the plurality of devices.
11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein computing information is performed using metrics based on the type of attraction at recorded locations of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices.
12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein receiving the input of the user device or the registered device of the plurality of registered devices indicates information as at least public or private.
13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generated list discloses similar characteristics between recorded geo-tagged information of the user device and geo-tagged information from the plurality of registered devices.
14 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the computed information is determined anonymously.
15 . An apparatus comprising:
a memory; and a processing device, operatively coupled to the memory, to:
receive a selection of a geographic radius boundary;
generate a list of geo-tagged information from a plurality of registered devices outside of the geographic radius boundary; and
send the list to a user device in response to a registered device of the plurality of registered devices entering the geographic radius boundary.
16 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the processing device, operatively coupled to the memory, to further:
receive a first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; determine whether the first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is outside of the geographic radius boundary at a first time; gather geo-tagged information and route information in response to the first geo-location of the user device being outside the geographic radius boundary at a first time; monitor a plurality of geo-locations of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices outside the geographic radius boundary of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; and determine whether a second geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is within the geographic radius boundary at a second time.
17 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the processing device, operatively coupled to the memory, to further:
compare geo-tagged information from the user device to recorded geo-tagged information from the plurality of registered devices; and determine information having similar characteristics between the geo-tagged information of the user device and the geo-tagged information of the plurality of registered devices.
18 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions that, when executed by a processing device, cause the processing device to:
receive, by the processing device, a selection of a geographic radius boundary; generate a list of geo-tagged information from a plurality of registered devices outside of the geographic radius boundary; and send the list to a user device in response to a registered device of the plurality of registered devices entering the geographic radius boundary.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 18 , wherein when executed by a processing device, cause the processing device to further:
receive a first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; determine whether the first geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is outside of the geographic radius boundary at a first time; gather geo-tagged information and route information in response to the first geo-location of the user device being outside the geographic radius boundary at a first time; monitor a plurality of geo-locations of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices outside the geographic radius boundary of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices; and determine whether a second geo-location of the registered device of the plurality of registered devices is within the geographic radius boundary at a second time.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 18 , wherein when executed by a processing device, cause the processing device to further:
