Abstract
A hair holder with firm holding effect is provided. The hair holder includes a ring body having an inner boundary defining an inner hole for allowing hair to go through. The hair holder further includes a plurality of posts, connected to the ring body, to be stuck into the hair to fasten the hair going though the inner hole of the ring body.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. A hair holder, comprising:
a ring body having an inner boundary defining an inner hole for allowing hair to go through; and a plurality of posts, connected to the ring body, to be stuck into the hair to fasten the hair going though the inner hole of the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the ring body is a coil ring body having a continuous spiral structure comprising a plurality of circles connected end-to-end in series.
. The hair holder according to claim 2 , wherein the posts are formed on the ring body and located inside at least one of the circles.
. The hair holder according to claim 2 , wherein the posts are formed on the ring body and located outside at least one of the circles.
. The hair holder according to claim 2 , wherein the posts are formed on the ring body and located between any two adjacent circles.
. The hair holder according to claim 2 , wherein the posts are formed on the ring body and located inside at least one of the circles and/or outside at least one of the circles and/or between any two adjacent circles.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the posts are formed of equal length or varied lengths.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the ring body is made of a rigid material or a flexible material.
. The hair holder according to claim 8 , wherein a material of the posts is softer than a material of the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 8 , wherein a material of the posts is more rigid than a material of the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 8 , wherein the posts and the ring body are made of the same material and integrally formed.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein a first end of at least one of the posts is connected to the inner boundary of the ring body, and a second end of the at least one post extends inwards.
. The hair holder according to claim 12 , wherein the second end of the at least one post is a round end or a beam is formed on the second end.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein a first end of at least one of the posts is connected to an outer boundary opposite to the inner boundary of the ring body, and a second end of the at least one post extends outwards.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein a soft metal wire is embedded in the ring body for remaining a shape of the ring body after the ring body is reshaped in response to a shaping force exerted on the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 15 , wherein the ring body is reshaped in response to the shaping force for pressing, folding, bending and/or twisting the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the hair holder further comprises a decorative object having an internal wall defining a through hole, the ring body being disposed in the through hole and completely or partially attached to the internal wall of the decorative object.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the hair holder further comprises at least a decorative part connected to the ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the ring body is a closed ring body.
. The hair holder according to claim 1 , wherein the ring body is an open ring body, and two coupling means are formed at two ends of the open ring body to connect the two ends of the open ring body together in a close state or disconnect the two ends of the open ring body from each other in an open state.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
