Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
We claim:

1 . A method of treating cancer in a patient in need of such treatment, comprising:
administering to the patient an anti-human CD40 antibody comprising a light chain and a heavy chain, the heavy chain comprising a human IgG1 Fc domain comprising a S267E amino acid substitution, wherein the numbering is according to the EU index as in Kabat.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer.

3 . The method of claim 1 , comprising administering the anti-human CD40 antibody in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agents.

4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the chemotherapeutic agent is gemcitabine.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the one or more chemotherapeutic agents are gemcitabine in combination with paclitaxel.

6 . The method of claim 4 , comprising administering the anti-human CD40 antibody in combination with a second antibody.

7 . The method of claim 5 , comprising administering the anti-human CD40 antibody in combination with a second antibody.
