Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a stop block and a display panel packaging structure, the stop block includes a support and at least one buffer, and the support includes at least one mounting portion and at least one fixing portion; the buffer is attached to and covers the fixing portion.

1 . A stop block, wherein the stop block comprises:
a support, comprising at least one mounting portion and at least one fixing portion connected to the mounting portion; and at least one buffer, wherein the buffer is attached to the fixing portion, and covers a surface of the fixing portion adjacent to the mounting portion and two lateral sides connecting the surface, the two lateral sides face to each other.
2 . The stop block according to claim 1 , wherein the buffer comprises a first buffer part, a second buffer part and a third buffer part both of which are perpendicular to the first buffer part, the second buffer part and the third buffer part are respectively defined at two ends of the first buffer part, and the second buffer part, the first buffer part, and the third buffer part cooperatively form an receiving cavity with a U-shaped structure, the fixing portion is received in the receiving cavity, the first buffer part abuts against the surface of the fixing portion, the second buffer part and the third buffer part respectively abuts against two lateral sides of the fixing portion which face to each other.
3 . The stop block according to claim 2 , wherein the first buffer part, the second buffer part, and the third buffer part are integrally formed.
4 . The stop block according to claim 2 , wherein a step surface is formed at the joint between the side of the mounting portion and the side of the fixing portion, the location of the second buffer part or the third buffer part is limited by the step surface, and the thicknesses of the second buffer part and the third buffer part are equivalent to the height of the step surface.
5 . The stop block according to claim 4 , wherein the heights of the second buffer part and the third buffer part are equivalent to the thickness of the fixed portion.
6 . The stop block according to claim 4 , wherein one side of the second buffer part adjacent to the mounting portion defines an extension part, a limiting member is protruded from the extension part, the fixing portion defines a limiting hole adjacent to the step surface, and the second buffer part is connected to the side of the fixing portion by the matching of the limiting member with the limiting hole.
7 . The stop block according to claim 4 , wherein one side of the third buffer part adjacent to the mounting portion defines an extension part, a limiting member is protruded from the extension part, the fixing portion defines a limiting hole adjacent to the step surface, and the third buffer part is connected to the side of the fixing portion by the matching of the limiting member with the limiting hole.
8 . The stop block according to claim 4 , wherein the second buffer part and the third buffer part respectively defines an extension part adjacent to the mounting portion, a limiting member is protruded from the extension part, the fixing portion defines a limiting hole adjacent to the step surface, and the second buffer part and the third buffer part are connected to the side of the fixing portion by matching of the limiting member with the limiting hole.

The stop block according to claim 1 , wherein the support comprises two mounting portions and two fixing portions which are defined with included angle, the two mounting portions are defined adjacent to each other, the two fixing portions are defined adjacent to each other, the stop block comprises two buffers, each buffer attaches to one fixing portion, and covers one surface of the fixing portion adjacent to the mounting portion and two lateral sides which connect with the surface and face to each other.

The stop block according to claim 2 , wherein the support comprises two mounting portions and two fixing portions which are defined with an included angle, the two mounting portions are defined adjacent to each other, the two fixing portions are defined adjacent to each other, the stop block comprises two buffers, each buffer attaches to one fixing portion, and covers one surface of the fixing portion adjacent to the mounting portion and two lateral sides which connect with the surface and face to each other.
11 . The stop block according to claim 9 , wherein a space is defined in the support at the joint between adjacent fixing portions.
12 . A stop block, wherein the stop block comprises:
a support, comprising two mounting portions and at two fixing portions connected to the mounting portions; and two buffers, each buffer attaches to one fixing portion, and covers one surface adjacent to the mounting portion of the fixing portion and two lateral sides which connect with the surface, the two lateral sides face to each other.
13 . The stop block according to claim 12 , wherein each buffer comprises a first buffer part, a second buffer part and a third buffer part perpendicular to the first buffer part, the second buffer part and the third buffer part are defined respectively at two ends of the first buffer part facing to each other, and the second buffer part, the first buffer part and the third buffer part cooperatively form an receiving cavity with a U-shaped structure, the fixing portion is accommodated in the receiving cavity, the first buffer part abuts against the surface of the fixing portion, the second buffer part and the third buffer part respectively abuts against two lateral sides of the fixing portion, the two lateral sides face to each other.
14 . The stop block according to claim 13 , wherein the first buffer part, the second buffer part and the third buffer part are integrally formed.
15 . The stop block according to claim 13 , wherein a step surface is formed at the joint between the side of each mounting portion and the side of each fixing portion, the location of the second buffer part or the third buffer part is limited by the step surface, and the thicknesses of the second buffer part and the third buffer part are equal to the height of the step surface.
16 . The stop block according to claim 15 , wherein the heights of the second buffer part and the third buffer part equal the thickness of the fixed portion.
17 . The stop block according to claim 15 , wherein one side adjacent to the mounting portion of the second buffer part defines an extension part, a limiting member is protruded from the extension part, the fixing portion defines a limiting hole adjacent to the step surface, and the second buffer part is connected to the side of the fixing portion by the matching of the limiting member with the limiting hole.
18 . The stop block according to claim 12 , wherein a space is defined on the support at the joint between adjacent fixing portions.
19 . A display panel packaging structure, comprising a box body and a plurality of stop blocks; each stop block comprises:
a support, comprising at least one mounting portion and at least one fixing portion connected to the mounting portion; and at least one buffer, wherein the buffer is attached to the fixing portion, and covers a surface of the fixing portion adjacent to the mounting portion and two lateral sides connecting the surface, the two lateral sides face to each other; wherein the box body defines a cavity for accommodating the display panel, the inner side wall of the cavity defines a mounting groove, the mounting portion of the support is accommodated in the mounting groove, the fixing portion of the support attaches to the inner side wall of the cavity, and the buffer is defined on the side of the fixing portion facing away from the inner side wall of the cavity.
20 . The display panel packaging structure according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom wall of the cavity defines a limiting groove communicating with the mounting groove, and each end of the fixing portion and the buffer facing the bottom wall of the cavity is limited in the limiting groove.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
