Abstract
The present invention comprises compositions and methods for enhancing biological processes, such as plant growth or bioremediation. For example, the present invention comprises compositions and methods for effectively remediating chemical and organic wastes and reducing the environmental risk from manure, septic, sewage, oil pollution, and other contaminants.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 117 . (canceled)
118 . A microbial culture, obtained by the method of
(a) inoculating a culture medium comprising water, a molasses, a mineral powder, a sea salt, and a wheat bran with an isolated mixed microbial composition comprising isolated microorganisms of IN-M1, ATCC Patent Deposit Designation No. PTA-12383; (b) incubating the inoculated medium, thereby obtaining the microbial culture.
119 . The microbial culture of claim 118 , wherein the isolated mixed microbial composition further comprises at least one isolated mycorrhizal fungus.
120 . The microbial culture of claim 118 , wherein the molasses is a non-sulphur agricultural molasses (50-200/1000 L), the wheat bran is 0.02-0.05% by volume, and the culture medium further comprising a kelp (0.02-0.05% by volume), a bentonite clay (0.02-0.05% by volume), a fish emulsion (1.25 L/10000 L), and a soy flour (0.005-0.03% by volume).
121 . The microbial culture of claim 118 , wherein the inoculated medium is incubated for 6 weeks at 37 degrees Celsius.
122 . The microbial culture of claim 120 , wherein the inoculated medium is incubated for 6 weeks at 37 degrees Celsius.
123 . The microbial culture of claim 118 , comprising 10{circumflex over ( )}6 cells per mL.
124 . The microbial culture of claim 120 , comprising 10{circumflex over ( )}6 cells per mL.
125 . The microbial culture of claim 121 , comprising 10{circumflex over ( )}6 cells per mL.
126 . The microbial culture of claim 122 , comprising 10{circumflex over ( )}6 cells per mL.
127 . A method to control and reduce pond sludge in a pond comprising applying the microbial culture of claim 118 to the pond, circulating and aerating the pond water, and allowing the microorganisms of the microbial culture to grow and reproduce for a period of time, thereby reducing pond sludge in the pond.
127 . A method to control odor caused by shallow pond sludge comprising spraying the microbial culture of claim 118 to the surface and edges of the pond, optionally diluting the microbial culture of claim 118 1:100 in water before spraying, and allowing the microorganisms of the microbial culture of claim 118 to grow and reproduce for a period of time, thereby reducing the odor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
