Abstract
A frame that has a camera is slid onto a handheld computer. The frame also has an interface for communicatively connecting the camera to the handheld computer. The frame may be used for sending images taken from the camera to the handheld computer, which optionally may be further processed. Optionally, the frame may also have a microphone for recording sounds.

A method comprising: sliding a frame onto a handheld computer, said frame comprising a camera, a first rotatable selection dial and an interface for communicatively connecting said camera with said handheld computer; communicatively coupling said frame with said handheld computer, via an interface of said camera of said frame; capturing an image with said camera of said frame; sending said image via said interface to said handheld computer; and selecting at least a portion of said image via said first rotatable selection dial.
