Abstract

The present invention discloses software programs, systems and methods for increasing the chances of users conception by maximizing the user's fertility potential by providing a software program that combines identifying the underlying causes of infertility and using best practices as described by current medical literature for fertility changes along with herbal recommendations to provide personalized wellness recommendations that give the individual user the power to improve their natural fertility.

1 . A method, comprising:
 providing a portable electronic device having a processor and a memory that executes a mobile application that is configured to:
 receive, by the portable electronic device, data about a fertility state and one or more parameters of a menstrual cycle of a user, the one or more parameters of the menstrual cycle including PMS data and cramping data; 
 assess personalized fertility state and ideal menstrual cycle of the user based on the received data of the fertility state of the user and the menstrual cycle parameters; 
 assigning the user, one or more hurdles of one or more symptoms that represents underlying fertility and menstrual cycle issues of the user; 
 determine a deviation between the user's personalized fertility state and menstrual cycle parameters and an ideal fertility state and an ideal menstrual cycle; 
 algorithmically identify the user's underlying fertility issues and menstrual cycle issues based on the determined deviation from the ideal fertility state and the ideal menstrual cycle; 
 compare, by the mobile application, the underlying fertility issues and menstrual cycle parameters with a plurality of herbal formulas stored in the mobile application, each herbal formula designed to move the user's personalized fertility state toward the ideal fertility state including an ideal menstrual cycle; 
 select, by the mobile application, based on the underlying fertility issues and the parameters of the menstrual cycle of the user, a personalized herbal formula recommendations for the user designed to move the user's personalized fertility state and menstrual cycle toward the ideal fertility state and the ideal menstrual cycle; and 
 display the personalized herbal formula recommendations for the user. 
   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising a software program to perform the method.

The method of  claim 1 , further comprising providing the user with reproductive acupuncture care and/or other complementary, alternative, holistic, or allopathic fertility care and/or wellness providers and/or clinics and/or actionable lifestyle modification specifically designed according to the users underlying fertility and menstrual cycle issues. 
     
     
         4 . A method, comprising:
 providing a portable electronic device having a processor and a memory that executes a mobile application that is configured to:
 receive, by the portable electronic device, data about one or more parameters of a menstrual cycle of a user, the one or more parameters of the menstrual cycle including PMS data and cramping data; 
 assess a menstrual cycle health of the user based on the received data of the one or more parameters of the menstrual cycle of the user; 
 determine a deviation between the user's personalized menstrual cycle health and an ideal menstrual cycle health; 
 algorithmically identify the user's underlying menstrual cycle health issues based on the determined deviation from the ideal menstrual cycle health; 
 compare, by the mobile application, the underlying fertility issues with a plurality of herbal formulas resident in the mobile applications, each herbal formula designed to move the menstrual cycle health of the user toward the ideal menstrual cycle health; 
 select, by the mobile application, based on the underlying menstrual cycle health issues, a personalized herbal formula recommendations for the user to move the user's menstrual cycle health state toward the ideal menstrual cycle health of the user; and 
 display the selected personalized herbal formula recommendations for the user. 
   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 4 , further comprising a software program to perform the method.

The method of  claim 4 , further comprising providing the user with reproductive acupuncture care and/or other complementary, alternative, holistic, or allopathic fertility care and/or wellness providers and/or clinics and/or actionable lifestyle modification specifically designed according to the users underlying fertility and menstrual cycle issues. 
     
     
         7 . An herbal system of actionable changes to move a user's personalized fertility state toward an ideal fertility state cycle using herbs exclusively selected for user, comprising:
 identification of the user's personalized fertility state, including menstrual cycle day, phase and parameters including PMS data and cramping data;   comparison between the user's personalized fertility state and menstrual cycle parameters and an ideal fertility state and ideal menstrual cycle to determine a deviation between them;   identification of one or more herbal formulas based on the deviation to provide actionable changes corresponding to the user's menstrual cycle day, phase and parameters, each herbal formula designed to move the user's personalized fertility state toward the ideal fertility state including an ideal menstrual cycle; and   recommend the one or more personalized herbal formulas to move the user's personalized fertility state toward the ideal fertility cycle including an ideal menstrual cycle.   
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the user's menstrual cycle phases are selected from the group consisting of:
 a) Bleeding—Remove old, clotty, or stale uterine lining through menstrual bleeding, decrease menstrual pain, improve uterine blood flow, support production of a healthy amount of uterine bleeding;   b) Follicular—Regulate BBT, build a healthy and sufficient new uterine lining, regulate ovulation, promote a healthy environment for follicular development and egg maturation; and   c) Luteal—Regulate BBT, enhance progesterone function, stabilize uterine lining, maintain pregnancy.   
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the one or more herbal formulas may include:
 a) For Bleeding, the formula may be:   Release—Builds blood and resolves blood stasis in the lower jiao,   b) For Follicular, the formula may be:   Enrich—Builds blood and resolves blood stasis in the lower jiao,   Cool—Nourishes Liver blood and Kidney yin, generates fluids and strongly clears heat,   Regulate—Nourishes yin and blood to regulate liver qi,   Energize—Tonifies Spleen qi and drains damp,   c) For Luteal, the formula may be:   Warm—Warms the Kidney yang and tonifies Spleen qi,   Lift—Rescues prolapsed qi and tonifies Spleen,   Unwind—Tonifies Spleen qi and Liver blood to regulate Liver qi.   
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 7 , further including a software program configured to:
 receive a user's personalized data;   calculate the user's personalized fertility state;   determine a deviation between user's personalized fertility state and the ideal fertility state;   identification of one or more herbal formulas based on the deviation to provide actionable changes for the users personalized fertility state; and   recommend the one or more personalized herbal formulas to move the user's personalized fertility state toward the ideal fertility cycle.
