Abstract

The present invention aims for providing an excrement treatment device capable of directly discharging sewage in a sewage tank to the outside sewers by a compressed air supplied from the excrement treatment device. The present invention includes a step of opening a suction port of a suction valve 44 of a sewage tank 19 and closing a water discharge valve 46 of the sewage tank 19; a step of sucking air in the sewage tank 19 from an air inlet/outlet 45 of the sewage tank 19 and sucking a sewage from a pipe connected to a suction port of the suction valve 44 to store the sewage; a step of closing the suction port of the suction valve 44 of the sewage tank 19 and opening the water discharge valve 46 of the sewage tank 19; and a step of injecting a compressed air into the air inlet/outlet of the sewage tank 19 to discharge the stored sewage to an outside from the water discharge valve 46.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified

         2 . The excrement treatment method according to claim 1 , wherein
 a step of crushing a solid matter in the sewage tank is added before discharging the stored sewage to the outside from the water discharge valve.

         3 . An excrement treatment device, comprising:
 a sewage tank; a suction valve provided on the sewage tank, the suction valve opening and closing a suction port of a sewage pipe connected to the sewage tank; a water discharge valve provided on the sewage tank, the water discharge valve discharging the sewage stored in the sewage tank to an outside; an air inlet/outlet provided on the sewage tank for sucking air from the air inlet/outlet to suck the sewage from the sewage pipe connected to the suction port of the suction valve and for injecting a compressed air from the air inlet/outlet to discharge the sewage stored in the sewage tank to the outside; and a suction motor connected to the air inlet/outlet, the suction motor sucking the air into the sewage tank and injecting the compressed air into the sewage tank.

         4 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 3 , wherein
 a sewage crushing unit is provided on the sewage tank to crush a solid matter in the sewage tank.

         5 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 3 , wherein
 the suction valve provided on the sewage tank includes:
 a suction port connected to a pipe for flushing the sewage of a chair-type toilet; and
 a slider for opening and closing the suction port.

         6 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 3 , wherein
 the suction valve provided on the sewage tank includes:
 a suction port connected to a pipe for flashing the sewage in an insertion-type toilet; and
 a slider for opening and closing the suction port.

         7 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 3 , wherein
 the suction valve provided on the sewage tank includes:
 a first suction port connected to a first pipe for flashing the sewage of a chair-type toilet;
 a second suction port connected to a second pipe for flashing the sewage in an insertion-type toilet; and
 a slider for selectively opening and closing the first suction port and the second suction port.

         8 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 5 , wherein
 a toilet bowl of the chair-type toilet has a urine sensor and a feces sensor.

         9 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 7 , wherein
 the suction valve includes:
 a switching motor having a horizontally swingable motor shaft;
 a slider support plate provided on a tip of a switching arm connected to the horizontally swingable motor shaft;
 the slider supported by the slider support plate via an elastic shaft, the slider closing both the first suction port and the second suction port, the slider selectively opening and closing the first suction port and the second suction port; and
 a pressing roller for pressing the slider toward the first suction port and the second suction port via the elastic shaft and a retaining plate.

         10 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 5 , further comprising:
 a booster tank connected to a toilet bowl of the chair-type toilet, the booster tank storing a washing water required for one time flushing, wherein the suction motor supplies air pressure to the booster tank to deliver the washing water stored in the booster tank to a washing water jet port of the toilet bowl.

         11 . The excrement treatment device according to claim 10 , wherein
 a washing water bag having a soft property is provided inside an outer container of the booster tank, an inlet side of the washing water bag is connected to a washing water tank via a water pump, an outlet side of the washing water bag is connected to the washing water jet port of the toilet bowl, and the outer container is connected to the suction motor which feeds the compressed air for compressing the washing water bag to pressure-feed the washing water.
