Abstract

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed to an apparatus for drinking multiple beverages simultaneously. The apparatus may be held by a single hand allowing the user the opportunity to text or play games with the other. The apparatus may comprise securing straps to substantially keep the beverage containers in place as the beverages are tilted toward the user's mouth. The components of the apparatus may be adjustable to allow for beverage containers of all shapes and sizes. The apparatus may stand on its own without spilling the beverages when not in use. The beverage containers may rest on an angled bracket to position the beverage spouts in close proximity to each other.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . An apparatus for holding containers comprising:
 a frame; at least two hollow extensions that extend from said frame wherein each hollow extension comprises an inner perimeter; each said inner perimeter being greater than an outer perimeter of a corresponding container; and at least two base plate extensions that extend from said frame wherein said base plate extensions allow the corresponding container to rest at an angle such that an opening of each corresponding container is directed to the opening of each other corresponding container.

         2 . The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a handle extending from said frame.

         3 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said frame is adapted to allow the base plate extensions to move along a frame side.

         4 . The apparatus of claim 3 further comprising at least one locking mechanism to prevent movement of at least one of the at least two base plate extensions along the frame side.

         5 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said frame comprises a surface base having a surface area capable of supporting the apparatus in an upright position.

         6 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said frame comprises a surface base having a surface area capable of supporting the apparatus and the corresponding containers in an upright position such that the corresponding containers retain the container contents.

         7 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said frame further comprises a bottle opener.

         8 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the at least two base plates are at least partially engaged with the corresponding container.

         9 . An apparatus for holding multiple containers comprising:
 a frame comprising a center piece and at least two container holders; said holders each being positioned along a side of the frame; and said holders comprising an inner cavity.

         10 . The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said holders further comprise a drainage hole.

         11 . The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said holders are angled to direct a first container opening towards a second container opening.

         12 . The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said inner cavity comprises a wall of perimeter slightly greater than an intended container perimeter.

         13 . The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said frame comprises a bottle opener.

         14 . The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said center piece comprises a handle.

         15 . A method of drinking multiple beverages simultaneously comprising the steps of:
 obtaining a drinking apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
 a frame comprising:
 a center piece;
 a first container holder;
 and a second container holder;

 said holders each being positioned along a separate side of the frame; and
 said holders each comprising an inner cavity;
   obtaining a first beverage and a second beverage; placing the first beverage in the first container holder; placing the second beverage in the second container holder; raising the drinking apparatus to a mouth; and tilting the drinking apparatus such that the beverages pour into the mouth.

         16 . The method of claim 15 wherein said first and second holders are adapted to relocate along the separate sides of the frames and further comprising the step of:
 adjusting the holders such that an opening of the first beverage is directed to an opening of the second beverage.

         17 . The method of claim 15 further comprising the steps of:
 obtaining a spout apparatus said spout comprising:
 a first channel and a second channel;
 a single exit channel connected to the first and second opening;
 said first channel adapted to cover a first opening of the first beverage;
 said second channel adapted to cover a second opening of the second beverage;
 wherein said first and second channels direct the beverages to the single exit channel;

 placing the spout apparatus over the first and second openings; and
 tilting the drinking apparatus such that the beverage exit through the single exit channel.

         18 . The method of claim 17 wherein said first and said channels create a watertight seal over the first opening and the second opening.
