Claims

Abstract

A sports backpack includes a backpack arrangement configured for being disposed on a wearer's back and a headwear carrier. The backpack arrangement includes a pack body having a pack compartment and a front compartment opening, and a front panel foldably coupled at the front compartment opening of the pack body to selectively enclose the pack compartment thereof. The headwear carrier includes a headwear panel releasably coupled at the front panel to form a headwear cavity between the front panel and the headwear panel, such that a headwear is adapted to be received in the headwear cavity and carried by the backpack arrangement.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sports backpack, comprising:
 a backpack arrangement configured for being disposed on a wearer's back, wherein said backpack arrangement comprises a pack body having a pack compartment and a front compartment opening, and a front panel foldably coupled at said front compartment opening of said pack body to selectively enclose said pack compartment thereof; and   a headwear carrier which comprises a headwear panel releasably coupled at said front panel to form a headwear cavity between said front panel and said headwear panel for carrying a headwear therebetween.   
     
     
         2 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said headwear panel, which is configured to have a vest shape, has a bottom edge securely attached to a bottom portion of said front panel and two shoulder portions spacedly and upwardly extended to detachably coupled at a top portion of said front panel via two first fasteners. 
     
     
         3 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein each of said first fasteners comprises a buckle head provided at said top portion of said front panel and a buckle socket provided at a free end of said shoulder portion of said headwear panel to detachably fasten with said buckle head. 
     
     
         4 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein each of said first fasteners further comprises a length-adjustable strap extended from said top portion of said front panel to said buckle head to selectively adjust a size of said headwear cavity when said buckle heads and said buckle sockets are fastened with each other. 
     
     
         5 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein a top edge of said front panel is integrally extended from said pack body while two side edges and a bottom edge of said front panel are detachably coupled at said pack body via a second fastener. 
     
     
         6 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 5 , wherein said second fastener comprises a zipper that detachably fastens said side edges and said bottom edge of said front panel to said pack body so as to form said front compartment opening in a U-shaped configuration. 
     
     
         7 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said backpack arrangement further comprises a side pocket provided at a side panel of said pack body and a loop holder provided on said side panel of said pack body for adjustably holding an upper portion of an elongated sports gear when a bottom portion thereof is received in said side pocket. 
     
     
         8 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 7 , wherein said loop holder comprises two loop straps extended from said side panel of said pack body and detachably coupled with each other via hook and loop fasteners to selectively adjust a loop size for fittingly holding the upper portion of the elongated sports gear. 
     
     
         9 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said pack body further comprises a bottom pocket, having a bottom pocket opening, provided within said pack compartment, wherein a bottom panel of said pack body is foldably coupled at said bottom pocket opening to selectively enclose said bottom pocket. 
     
     
         10 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 8 , wherein said pack body further comprises a bottom pocket, having a bottom pocket opening, provided within said pack compartment, wherein a bottom panel of said pack body is foldably coupled at said bottom pocket opening to selectively enclose said bottom pocket. 
     
     
         11 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 9 , wherein said bottom pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front panel while said bottom pocket is accessed through said bottom pocket opening via said bottom panel. 
     
     
         12 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said bottom pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front panel while said bottom pocket is accessed through said bottom pocket opening via said bottom panel. 
     
     
         13 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 11 , wherein said bottom pocket opening is a L-shaped opening. 
     
     
         14 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 12 , wherein said bottom pocket opening is a L-shaped opening.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said pack body further comprises a top pocket, having a top pocket opening, provided within said pack compartment, wherein a top panel of said pack body is foldably coupled at said top pocket opening to selectively enclose said top pocket.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 8 , wherein said pack body further comprises a top pocket, having a top pocket opening, provided within said pack compartment, wherein a top panel of said pack body is foldably coupled at said top pocket opening to selectively enclose said top pocket.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 15 , wherein said top pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front panel while said top pocket is accessed through said top pocket opening via said top panel.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 16 , wherein said top pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front panel while said top pocket is accessed through said top pocket opening via said top panel. 
     
     
         19 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 17 , wherein said top pocket opening is an elongated slit opening. 
     
     
         20 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 18 , wherein said top pocket opening is an elongated slit opening.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said front panel further comprises a front pack panel integrally extended from said pack body and a front leaf foldably and overlappedly extended from said front pack panel to form a front pocket, having a front pocket opening, between said front pack panel and said front leaf.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 8 , wherein said front panel further comprises a front pack panel integrally extended from said pack body and a front leaf foldably and overlappedly extended from said front pack panel to form a front pocket, having a front pocket opening, between said front pack panel and said front leaf.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein said front pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front pack panel while said front pocket is accessed through said front pocket opening via said front leaf.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 22 , wherein said front pocket is individually formed within said pack compartment that said pack compartment is accessed through said front compartment opening via said front pack panel while said front pocket is accessed through said front pocket opening via said front leaf.

         33 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said headwear carrier further comprises a shape retainer built-in with said front panel for retaining a shape of the headwear when receiving in said headwear cavity. 
     
     
         34 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein said headwear carrier further comprises a shape retainer built-in with said front leaf of said front panel for retaining a shape of the headwear when receiving in said headwear cavity.

The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 33 , wherein said shape retainer comprises an inflatable pocket provided at said front panel and an inflatable valve coupled at said inflatable pocket for inflating said front panel to have a protruded front surface thereof toward said headwear panel and for deflating said front panel to have a flat front surface thereof. 
     
     
         36 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 34 , wherein said shape retainer comprises an inflatable pocket provided at said front leaf of said front panel and an inflatable valve coupled at said inflatable pocket for inflating said front panel to have a protruded front surface thereof toward said headwear panel and for deflating said front panel to have a flat front surface thereof. 
     
     
         37 . The sports backpack, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said headwear carrier comprises a plurality of ventilation holes spacedly formed at said headwear panel for air circulation of said headwear cavity, and a panel pocket formed at an inner side of said headwear panel.
