A paper board material and biopolymer material have great degradable features for us. And also illustrates through social understanding with social practice on a new invention.

The invention claimed is: 
     
         1 . A flat rectangular material formation binds mixing device comprising:
 A thin flat paper board rectangular material formation bind and thin flat polymeric rectangular material formation bind.   The flat rectangular material formation binds is designed with multiple straight parallel cut-through elongated grooves that forms outward when push downward on its flexible then now cylindrical formation tapered fit bind. The flat rectangular material formation bind's multiple straight parallel slice-through elongated grooves shaped like a furrow. The flat rectangular material formation bind mixing device engages in a fluted outward position to mix and circulate compounds in supplement liquid particles.   
     
     
         2 . A flat rectangular material formation bind mixing device as defined by  claim 1  wherein the insert lock wrap with insert lock tabs and adhesive wrap with bond tab are devices of paper fabric material is formed from the group consisting of porous and fibrous structural tissue materials in group of monomeric units.
