Abstract

The invention provides a bedding structure used for supporting back and neck, which is composed of an adjustment base, a plurality of extension arms and a plurality of support plates. It may only use a rotating motor to drive the mechanical deformation of a lying structure to form an ergonomically sitting structure or a structure between lying and sitting.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A bedding structure, comprising:
 an adjustment base, having a front rotating motor and a base frame, wherein the front rotating motor includes a front shaft that is pin-connected to the base frame for the front shaft to perform a forward axial rotation motion; a first extension arm, one end of the first extension arm being fixedly connected to the front shaft, one side of the first extension arm having a circular pin; a second extension arm, one end of the second extension arm being pin-connected to another end of the first extension arm through a first bearing for the first extension arm and the second extension arm to perform an extension arm clamping motion; and a body support device, comprising: a neck support plate, having a front pin connecting member on a back thereof, another end of the second extension arm being pin-connected to the front pin connecting member through a second bearing; and a back support plate, one side of the back support plate being pin-connected to the adjustment base, another side of the back support plate being connected to one side of the neck support plate through a hinge for the neck support plate and the back support plate to perform a support plate clamping motion, a back of the back support plate having a slide rail member for restricting a movement of the circular pin; wherein when the circular pin is pushed to a distal end of the slide rail member, the circular pin serves as a fulcrum to change the direction of an applied force of the first extension arm and the second extension arm, thereby allowing the extension arm clamping motion and the support plate clamping motion to perform a reverse motion.

         2 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the total length of the first extension arm and the second extension arm is greater than the distance from the front pin connecting member to the side pin-connected to the adjustment base of the back support plate.

         3 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the angle of the extension arm clamping motion is less than the angle of the support plate clamping motion.

         4 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the angle of the extension arm clamping motion is 45° to 135°, and the angle of the support plate clamping motion is 180° to 150°.

         5 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slide rail member is a U-shaped concave member or a rectangular groove member with fillets or a groove member with chamfers.

         6 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first extension arm and the second extension arm are arranged in pairs symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the neck support plate and the back support plate.

         7 . The bedding structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the adjustment base further has a rear rotating motor, the rear rotating motor includes a rear shaft that is pin-connected to the base frame for the rear shaft to perform a backward axial rotation motion;
 the bedding structure further comprises a tail extension arm and a roller extension arm, one end of the tail extension arm is fixedly connected to the adjustment base; one end of the roller extension arm is fixedly connected to the rear shaft, another end of the roller extension arm has a roller; the body support device further comprises a lower body support plate assembly, the lower body support plate assembly includes a rear support plate, a middle support plate and a hip support plate that are pin-connected in sequence, wherein a back of the rear support plate has a rear pin connecting member, another end of the tail extension arm is pin-connected to the rear pin connecting member through a tail bearing, a back of the middle support plate has a roller rail for the roller to perform a pushing motion, and one side of the hip support plate is pin-connected to the adjustment base through a fifth bearing.

         8 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the tail extension arm and the roller extension arm are arranged in pairs symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the lower body support plate assembly.

         9 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a front of the body support device has a soft mattress, and the soft mattress includes a latex layer and a filling layer arranged in sequence from top to bottom.

         10 . The bedding structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the filling layer has a rolling massage module or a vibrating massage module therein.
