Abstract

A fixer is applied to position a marine light on a boat and to adjust an angle of the marine light, and the fixer contains: a base and a rotatable adjuster. The base is locked on the boat by using two first screw bolts, the marine light is disposed on a top of a positioning column, and the rotatable adjuster is arranged on a bottom thereof. The rotatable adjuster includes a clamp member arranged on a side thereof and includes a connection member having a square cross section and disposed on a bottom of the rotatable adjuster so as to connect the positioning column on the base. The base is in a protrusion shape and includes a groove defined on a middle section of a top of the base, and the groove has two slots respectively defined on two intermediate sections of two peripheral sides thereof.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A fixer being applied to position a marine light on a boat and to adjust an angle of the marine light, and the fixer comprising:
a base locked on the boat by using two first screw bolts, the marine light disposed on a top of a positioning column, and a rotatable adjuster arranged on a bottom of the positioning column, wherein the rotatable adjuster includes a clamp member arranged on a side thereof, and the rotatable adjuster includes a connection member having a square cross section, disposed on a bottom of the rotatable adjuster, and configured to connect the positioning column on the base; wherein the base is in a protrusion shape and includes a groove defined on a middle section of a top of the base, the groove has two slots respectively defined on two intermediate sections of two peripheral sides thereof.

2 . The fixer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the groove has multiple stop projections extending outward from a peripheral side of a bottom thereof, and the connection member has a rib surrounding around a middle section of four peripheral walls thereof so as to slidably retain into the two slots of the groove, and the multiple stop projections of the groove stop the connection member.

3 . The fixer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the groove further has two first notches respectively passing through the bottom thereof and located adjacent to the two slots so as to align with any two opposite of four second notches defined on a bottom of the connection member, such that any two opposite of the four peripheral walls of the connection member are retained in the groove after rotating the connection member to 90 degrees, and two second screw bolts are screwed with any two opposite second notches individually via the two first notches from a bottom of the base so that the connection member and the positioning column are fixed on the base.

4 . The fixer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the connection member further has a central accommodation orifice passing through a top and the bottom thereof so that a power cable connected with the positioning column inserts through the central accommodation orifice to retain in a recess extending from the bottom of the groove, then the power cable is electrically connected with a power source of the boat via the base.
