Abstract
A spinning top toy includes a shaft part, a body being detachably attached to the shaft part, a locking part being configured on the body, a first locked part being configured on the shaft part, and a lock mechanism being configured either on the shaft part or the body. The body includes a movable locking part being movable between a first position and a second position. The locking part is configured to allow a relative rotation of the shaft part and the body when the movable locking part is at the first position and to block the relative rotation when the movable locking part is at the second position. The lock mechanism is configured to block a movement of the movable locking part when the movable locking part is at the first position.

1 . A spinning top toy comprising:
a shaft part; a body being detachably attached to the shaft part; a locking part being configured on the body; a first locked part being configured on the shaft part; and a lock mechanism being configured either on the shaft part or the body, the body including a movable locking part being movable between a first position and a second position, the locking part being configured to allow a relative rotation of the shaft part and the body when the movable locking part is at the first position and to block the relative rotation when the movable locking part is at the second position, the lock mechanism being configured to block a movement of the movable locking part when the movable locking part is at the first position.
2 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the shaft part and the body are detached by relatively rotating the shaft and the body for a predetermined amount by applying an impact from outside to the body during a battle.
3 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , further comprising
a shaft part body, and a flywheel, wherein the shaft part is held between the shaft part body and the body, the flywheel is integrally rotated with the shaft part, and the first locked part is provided on the flywheel.
4 . The spinning top toy according to claim 3 , wherein
the flywheel includes a tongue-piece part on an upper surface thereof, the body has an arcuate slit in which the tongue-piece part is accommodated and in which a fork of a launcher for applying a rotation force to the spinning top toy is arranged to be inserted at a same time, and when the movable locking part is at the second position, the locking part in configured to enter inside the arcuate slit.
5 . The spinning top toy according to any one of claim 1 , wherein
the movable locking part and the lock mechanism are configured on the body.
6 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the movable locking part has an axis at intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction thereof, and is swingably configured around the axis, and the movable locking part includes a collision part configured at a first end thereof to be moved radially outward when the movable locking part is at the second position, the locking part is configured at a second end on the movable locking part which is opposite to the first end, and the lock mechanism is configured to lock the movement of the movable locking part by an elastic force when the movable locking part is at the first position.
7 . The spinning top toy according to claim 6 , wherein
a second locked part being configured at the second end of the movable locking part, the lock mechanism includes a locking piece and a spring being configured to urge the locking piece, and the second locked part which is locked by the locking piece when the movable locking part is the at the first position, and the locking piece is configured to lock and release automatically a second locking part by sliding on the movable locking part.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
