Abstract

Crowd-location based analytics for transactions are provided. An assembly of mobile devices in a cell sector (or, in some embodiments, a cell) of wireless coverage can be determined. The assembly can be referred to as a crowd and can comprise a number of mobile devices greater than the cell sector's average device occupation. Organization entities located within the cell sector also can be identified. A demand or interest for an asset (e.g., a service or merchandise) can be determined for the mobile device based at least on a device profile. The demand or interest can be associated with the organization entity that can provide the asset. Promotional information related to the asset can be sent to the mobile device and/or a device associated with the organization entity. The mobile device can present at least a portion of such information and a transaction related to the asset can be performed otherwise facilitated.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method, comprising:
 determining, by a system comprising a processor, that a number of mobile devices that occupy a cell sector of wireless service coverage at a defined time satisfies a defined function that is based on an average number of mobile devices occupying the cell sector over a defined time interval and an occupation offset number, wherein the occupation offset number is associated with a business entity of respective business entities identified within the cell sector; and   in response to the determining that the number of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function, determining, by the system, based on a transactional demand determined for a mobile device of the mobile devices, a commerce asset associated with a commerce supply of the business entity for a transaction between the mobile device and a device associated with the business entity.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the determining that the number of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function comprises:
 determining that the number of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function in response to determining that the number of the mobile devices is greater than a defined threshold number that is determined based on the average number of the mobile devices occupying the cell sector over the defined time interval and the occupation offset number.   
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the determining, based on the transactional demand determined for the mobile device, the commerce asset comprises:
 in response to the determining that the number of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function:
 determining demand information representative of the transactional demand of the mobile device based on profile information in a profile associated with the mobile device; 
 associating the transactional demand with the commerce supply of the business entity, wherein the business entity is determined to be occupying the cell sector; and 
 based on the transactional demand, determining the commerce asset associated with the commerce supply for the transaction between the mobile device and the device associated with the business entity, wherein the device is configured to fulfill a portion of the transaction. 
   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 3 , wherein the determining the demand information comprises:
 accessing the profile information from the profile, wherein the profile information comprises at least one of first information indicative of demographics associated with a user identity associated with the mobile device, second information indicative of services received from a network device of a wireless service provider, or third information indicative of an application associated with the mobile device; and   inferring the transactional demand based on at least one of the first information, the second information, or the third information.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 communicating, by the system, asset-related information indicative of the commerce asset to the mobile device and the device, wherein the commerce asset comprises a transaction deal representing an incentive to perform the transaction.   
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 assigning, by the system, a first location to the mobile devices based on respective locations determined for respective mobile devices of the mobile devices; and   selecting, by the system, an identity of identities associated with the respective business entities based on the first location and a defined threshold distance, wherein the identity is associated with the business entity.   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 6 , wherein the selecting comprises selecting the identity associated with the business entity based on the business entity being determined to be located at a second location that is separated from the first location by a distance determined to be less than the defined threshold distance. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 6 , wherein the assigning comprises:
 determining the respective locations of the respective mobile devices of a portion of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector;   determining an average location of the respective locations based on the respective locations; and   selecting the average location as the first location.   
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 6 , further comprising:
 determining, by the system, the respective locations of the respective mobile devices of a portion of the mobile devices that occupy the cell sector;   determining, by the system, a spatial structure of the portion of the mobile devices based on at least one of a central location position determined for the portion of the mobile devices or a spatial spread of the portion of the mobile devices; and   determining, by the system, the first location based on the spatial structure.   
     
     
         10 . A system, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
 determining that a number of mobile devices determined to be located in a cell sector at a defined time satisfies a defined function that is based on an average number of mobile devices located in the cell sector over a defined time period and an offset factor, wherein the offset factor is associated with an organization entity of respective organization entities determined to be associated with the cell sector, and wherein the cell sector is associated with a network device of a communication network; and 
 in response to the determining that the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function, determining, based on a transactional demand determined for a mobile device of the mobile devices, a commerce asset for a transaction between the mobile device and a device associated with the organization entity, wherein the commerce asset is associated with a supply of the commerce asset associated with the organization entity. 
   
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 10 , wherein the determining that the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector satisfies the defined function comprises:
 determining that the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector at the defined time exceeds a threshold number that is determined based on the average number and the offset factor; and   determining that the number of the mobile devices satisfies the defined function based on the determining that the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector at the defined time exceeds the threshold number.   
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 monitoring occupation of the cell sector by the mobile devices at respective times comprising the defined time; and   determining whether the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector exceeds the threshold number during any of the respective times.   
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 10 , wherein the determining, based on the transactional demand determined for the mobile device, the commerce asset for the transaction comprises:
 in response to the determining that the number of the mobile devices determined to be located in the cell sector at the defined time satisfies the defined function:
 determining demand information representative of the transactional demand associated with the mobile device based on profile data of a profile associated with the mobile device associated with a user identity; 
 matching the transactional demand to the commerce supply of the organization entity; and 
 determining, based on the transactional demand, the commerce asset for the transaction between the mobile device and the device, wherein the device is configured to fulfill a portion of the transaction, and wherein at least one of the device or the organization entity is determined to be located within the cell sector. 
   
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 13 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 obtaining the profile data from the profile, wherein the profile data comprises at least one of first data relating to demographics associated with the user identity, second data relating to services received from at least one network device of a wireless service provider, or third data relating to an application associated with the mobile device; and   determining the transactional demand based on at least one of the first data, the second data, or the third data.   
     
     
         15 . The system of  claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 transmitting information relating to the commerce asset to the mobile device and the device, and wherein the commerce asset comprises a transaction offer representing an incentive to perform the transaction.   
     
     
         16 . The system of  claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 assigning a first location to the mobile devices based on respective locations determined for respective mobile devices of the mobile devices; and   selecting an organization identity of organization identities that are associated with the respective organization entities, based on the first location and a defined threshold distance, wherein the organization identity is associated with the organization entity.   
     
     
         17 . The system of  claim 16 , wherein the selecting comprises selecting the organization identity associated with the organization entity based on at least one of the device or the organization entity being determined to be located at a second location that is determined to be less than the defined threshold distance away the first location. 
     
     
         18 . The system of  claim 16 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 determining respective locations of respective mobile devices of a portion of the mobile devices that are determined to be located in the cell sector;   determining an average location of the respective locations based on the respective locations; and   configuring the average location as the first location.   
     
     
         19 . A machine-readable storage medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
 determining that a number of communication devices located in a cell coverage area at a defined time satisfies a defined function that is based on an average number of communication devices located in the cell coverage area over a defined time period and an offset value, wherein the offset value is associated with a business entity of respective business entities associated with the cell coverage area; and   in response to the determining that the number of the communication devices located in the cell coverage area at the defined time satisfies the defined function, determining, based on a transactional demand determined for a communication device of the communication devices, a commerce asset for a transaction between the communication device and a device associated with the business entity, wherein the device is configured to fulfill a portion of the transaction, wherein the device is determined to be located within the cell coverage area, and wherein the commerce asset is associated with the business entity.   
     
     
         20 . The machine-readable storage medium of  claim 19 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 communicating information relating to the commerce asset to the communication device and the device, wherein the commerce asset comprises a promotional offer representing an incentive to perform the transaction.
