Golf club head cover

Abstract

There is provided a golf club head cover with golf ball holders on the outside comprising of a golf club head cover, golf ball holders attached to the outside of the golf club head cover and fasteners that attach the golf ball holders to the golf club head cover. The golf ball holders may form an animal or character feature such as an eye.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A golf club head cover comprising:
 golf club head cover materials configured to cover a golf club head;   one or more golf ball holders; and   fasteners attaching said golf ball holders to the outer facing surface of said golf club head cover materials.   
     
     
         2 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said golf club head cover materials are shaped in the form of an animal or character head. 
     
     
         3 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more golf ball holders are created in the form of an animal or character facial feature such as an eye. 
     
     
         4 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more golf ball holders are configured to close when a golf ball is removed. 
     
     
         5 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more golf ball holders comprise a base and a top that hold a golf ball. 
     
     
         6 . The golf club head cover of  claim 5 , further comprising a spring that closes the base and the top. 
     
     
         7 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said fasteners used to attach said one or more golf ball holders to said golf club head cover materials comprise one or more of rivets, thread or glue. 
     
     
         8 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , further comprising covers positioned over said one or more golf ball holders. 
     
     
         9 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , further comprising of an elastic material that pulls the one or more golf ball holders closed. 
     
     
         10 . The golf club head cover of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more golf ball holders are joined together. 
     
     
         11 . A golf club head cover comprising:
 golf club head cover materials used to cover a golf club head;   a plurality of golf ball holders made of golf-ball-holding material configured to hold golf balls; and   fasteners to attach said golf-ball-holding materials to the outside of said golf club head cover materials, wherein said golf balls can be stored in said golf ball holder structures.   
     
     
         12 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , wherein said golf club head cover materials are shaped in the form of an animal or character head. 
     
     
         13 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , wherein said golf ball holder structures are created in the form of an animal or character facial feature such as an eye. 
     
     
         14 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , wherein said golf ball holder structures are made so that they close when the golf ball is removed. 
     
     
         15 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , further comprising of an elastic material that pulls the said golf ball holding structure closed. 
     
     
         16 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11  further comprising of a stiffening material used to shape said golf-ball-holding material. 
     
     
         17 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , wherein said golf-ball-holding materials are stiffened using fabric stiffeners or starch. 
     
     
         18 . The golf club head cover of  claim 11 , wherein said fasteners used to attach said golf ball holders to said golf club head cover materials can be rivets, thread or glue. 
     
     
         19 . A golf club head cover comprising:
 golf club head cover materials configured to cover a golf club head;   at least one golf ball holder affixed to the golf club head cover materials, wherein the at least one golf ball holder is configured to hold a golf ball to the golf club head cover without completely surrounding the golf ball, such that the golf ball is visible to the golfer when stored in a golf ball holder.; and   fasteners to attach said golf ball holder structures to the outside of said golf club head cover materials, wherein said golf balls can be stored in said golf ball holder structures.   
     
     
         20 . The golf club head cover of  claim 19 , wherein said at least one golf ball holder is configured to represent an animal or character feature using at least in part a portion of the surface of a golf ball when held in the at least one golf ball holder.
