Abstract

An administration instrument includes an injection button which can be pressed at an angle that is not parallel to a needle with respect to a direction in which the needle is inserted into skin. As a result, it is possible to prevent a force of pressing the injection button from being transmitted in the direction in which the needle is inserted into the skin deeper than initial insertion of the needle, thereby achieving an administration under a stable state.

8 . An administration instrument for medical use ( 66 ), detachably mounting a cylindrical drug solution cartridge ( 52 ), and configured to inject a drug solution ( 71 ) filled in said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) out of a needle ( 51 ) attached at a tip of said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ), the instrument comprising:
an administration instrument body for medical use ( 66 ) with said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) detachably mounted; an administration button ( 54 ) for injecting said drug solution ( 71 ); and a driving mechanism ( 57 , 59 , 60 ) for driving a plunger ( 53 ) which pushes said drug solution ( 71 ) within said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) when activated by said administration button ( 54 ), wherein said administration instrument body for medical use ( 66 ) includes a distal end where said needle ( 51 ) is arranged and a proximal end where said administration button is arranged, wherein a lid ( 67 ) is provided on a side surface of said administration instrument body for medical use, one end of said lid being pivotally supported by said administration instrument body for medical use at the distal end side and an opposite end of said lid being freely retractable at the proximal end, wherein said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) is inserted in a longitudinal direction from the side where said needle ( 51 ) is attached while said lid ( 67 ) is open, and said lid ( 67 ) is subsequently rotated and closed, whereby said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) is mounted such that said needle is attachable, with an attachment portion of said needle ( 51 ) of said drug solution cartridge ( 52 ) being arranged at an end surface of said administration instrument body for medical use ( 66 ).
