Method for producing composite body of fibers and inorganic particles, and laminate containing composite body of fibers and inorganic particles

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for producing a composite of fibers and inorganic particles including a step of producing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers by synthesizing the inorganic particles in a solution containing the fibers, and a step of processing the composite of inorganic particles and fibers. Moreover, the present invention provides a laminate containing the composite of fibers and inorganic particles which is obtained by the production method.

1 . A method for producing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers, said method comprising the steps of:
 producing the composite of the inorganic particles and the fibers by synthesizing the inorganic particles in a solution containing the fibers; and   processing the composite.   
     
     
         2 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the processing step is a step of forming the composite into a sheet. 
     
     
         3 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , further comprising the step of forming the composite into a sheet before carrying out the processing step. 
     
     
         4 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the processing step is a coating step. 
     
     
         5 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the processing step is a laminating step. 
     
     
         6 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the processing step is a printing step. 
     
     
         7 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein the processing step is a step of bonding the composite and a material together, the material being identical with the composite or being different from the composite. 
     
     
         8 . The method as set forth in  claim 7 , wherein the material different from the composite is a nonwoven fabric. 
     
     
         9 . A laminate comprising:
 a layer containing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers; and   a coating layer containing a pigment and an adhesive agent; or   a coating layer containing an adhesive agent.   
     
     
         10 . A laminate comprising:
 a layer containing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers; and   a lamination layer.   
     
     
         11 . A laminate comprising:
 a layer containing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers; and   a printed layer.   
     
     
         12 . A laminate comprising:
 a layer containing a composite of inorganic particles and fibers; and   a layer containing a nonwoven fabric that contains cellulosic fibers and synthetic fibers.
