Abstract

A glow in the dark, cigar splitting tool apparatus such as a a cigar splitter, cigar cutter, or cigar punch. The cigar tool may comprise glow in the dark material, or may be at least partially covered by a glow in the dark material. Also claimed is a glow in the dark inlay for cigar tools such as splitters, cutters and punches.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A glow in the dark cigar tool, comprising:
 a cigar tool having an outer tool body; and   a covering that at least partially covers said outer tool body;   wherein said covering comprises a glow in the dark material.

 wherein said cigar tool is further defined as a cigar cutter.   
     
     
         3 . The cigar tool of  claim 1 ,
 wherein said cigar tool is further defined as a cigar punch.   
     
     
         4 . The cigar tool of  claim 1 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as a photoluminescent material.   
     
     
         5 . The cigar tool of  claim 4 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as comprising strontium aluminate oxide doped with Europium.   
     
     
         6 . The cigar tool of  claim 2 ,
 wherein said cigar tool is further defined as a cigar punch.   
     
     
         7 . The cigar tool of  claim 2 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as a photoluminescent material.   
     
     
         8 . The cigar tool of  claim 7 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as comprising strontium aluminate oxide doped with Europium.   
     
     
         9 . A covering for a cigar tool,
 wherein said covering covers at least a portion of an exterior surface of a cigar tool, and wherein said covering comprises a glow in the dark material.   
     
     
         10 . The cigar tool covering of  claim 9 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as a photoluminescent material.   
     
     
         11 . The cigar tool of  claim 10 ,
 wherein said glow in the dark material is further defined as comprising strontium aluminate oxide doped with Europium.
