Server and method for avoiding registered materials

Abstract

In this disclosure, a server includes a reception module configured to receive a commodity code that can identify a commodity; a first extraction module configured to extract material information in which raw materials contained in the commodity specified by the commodity code received by the reception module are registered; a second extraction module configured to extract avoidance information in which avoidance material indicating a raw material that a customer avoids is registered; a third extraction module configured to extract commodity information of a commodity that does not contain the avoidance material on the condition that the material information extracted by the first extraction module includes the avoidance material registered in the avoidance information extracted by the second extraction module; and a first transmission module configured to transmit the commodity information extracted by the third extraction module.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A server, comprising:
 a reception module configured to receive a commodity code capable of identifying a commodity;   a first extraction module configured to extract material information in which raw materials contained in the commodity specified by the commodity code received by the reception module are registered;   a second extraction module configured to extract avoidance information in which avoidance material indicating a raw material that a customer avoids is registered;   a third extraction module configured to extract commodity information of a commodity that does not contain the avoidance material, if the material information extracted by the first extraction module includes the avoidance material registered in the avoidance information extracted by the second extraction module; and   a first transmission module configured to transmit the commodity information extracted by the third extraction module.   
     
     
         2 . The server according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the third extraction module extracts position information indicating a position where the commodity that does not contain the avoidance material is placed, and   the first transmission module transmits the commodity information and the position information.   
     
     
         3 . The server according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the third extraction module extracts the commodity that does not include the avoidance material in order of priority.   
     
     
         4 . The server according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the third extraction module extracts the commodity that does not include the avoidance material in order of priority.   
     
     
         5 . The server according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a second transmission module configured to transmit a name of the avoidance material contained in the material information, if the material information extracted by the first extraction module includes the avoidance material registered in the avoidance information extracted by the second extraction module.   
     
     
         6 . The server according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the second transmission module transmits a name of the avoidance material included in the material information and a name of a customer who avoids the avoidance material.   
     
     
         7 . A method, comprising:
 receiving, at a commodity server via one or more customer terminals, a commodity code identifying a first commodity;   extracting material information in which raw materials contained in the commodity specified by the received commodity code are registered;   extracting avoidance information in which avoidance material indicating a raw material that a customer avoids is registered;   extracting commodity information of a second commodity that does not contain the avoidance material, if the extracted material information of the first commodity includes the avoidance material registered in the extracted avoidance information; and   transmitting the extracted commodity information of the second commodity to the one or more customer terminals.   
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising receiving a determination request at the one or more customer terminals from a user, wherein the commodity code identifying the first commodity is received upon receiving the determination request and is not received in the absence of the determination request. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising transmitting information of conformity from the commodity server to the one or more customer terminals when extracting avoidance information results in no record. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising transmitting information of warning from the commodity server to the one or more customer terminals when extracting avoidance information results in one or more records. 
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising receiving a request for substitution at the one or more customer terminals, wherein extracting commodity information of the second commodity is skipped in the absence of receiving the request for substitution. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 7 , wherein extracting commodity information of the second commodity further comprises setting priorities to a plurality of commodities included in a commodity master file. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein extracting commodity information of the second commodity further comprises selecting the second commodity from the plurality of commodities based on a ranking in priority. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising confirming the extracted commodity information of the second commodity not containing the avoidance material. 
     
     
         15 . A computer system for providing food substitution information, the computer system comprising:
 a server connected to
 an allergy database storing registration of allergic substances corresponding to allergies of one or more customers, 
 a commodity database storing information of one or more commodities and raw materials therein, and 
 a commodity master file ranking the one or more commodities according to a priority ranking respectively associated to the one or more customers; and 
   one or more customer terminals communicating with the server, each of the one or more customer terminal including:
 a communication interface; 
 an operation section for receiving input requests from the one or more customers; and 
 a display section configured to display information transmitted from the server. 
   
     
     
         16 . The computer system of  claim 15 , wherein the one or more customer terminals further includes an image capture section configured to capture images of the one or more commodities placed at the one or more customer terminal and wherein the captured images of the one or more commodities enable the server to identify respective commodity codes of the one or more commodities. 
     
     
         17 . The computer system of  claim 15 , wherein the one or more customer terminals are configured to receive a determination request on a first commodity, and upon receiving the determination request, the server is configured to extract information of raw materials associated with the first commodity. 
     
     
         18 . The computer system of  claim 17 , wherein the server compares the extracted information of raw materials associated with the first commodity to registered allergic substances associated with a customer profile of the determination request in the allergy database. 
     
     
         19 . The computer system of  claim 18 , upon a determination that the extracted information of raw materials matches one or more entries of the registered allergic substances associated with the customer profile of the determination request in the allergy database, the display section provides selection options for identifying a second commodity not including the registered allergic substances. 
     
     
         20 . The computer system of  claim 19 , upon receiving a request for identifying the second commodity not including the registered allergic substance, the server is configured to select the second commodity from the commodity master file based on the commodity ranking.
