Shading device

Abstract

A shading device for a container or standard container having outer container surfaces. The shading device, which can be placed on the container or standard container and can be, or is, connected to the container or standard container includes one or more holding or retaining devices, one or more support elements, and one or more longitudinal profiled elements for providing shade to the container or standard container.

         16 . A shading device for a container, the container having outer surfaces and the shading device can be placed on and connected to the container, the shading device comprising:
 one or more carrier elements disposed to form a surface which is not closed and which enables air to circulate through said surface;   one or more holding devices fastened to, or to be fastened to, said one or more carrier elements, said holding devices serving as spacers between one of the container outer surfaces and said carrier elements, and said holding devices being disposed on a first side of said one or more carrier elements; and   one or more longitudinal profiles disposed on a second side opposite said first side of said one or more carrier elements, and said one or more longitudinal profiles extending on said second side of said one or more carrier elements.   
     
     
         17 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , further comprising one or more carrier devices arranged between
 said one or more carrier elements and   said one or more longitudinal profiles.   
     
     
         18 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein the container is a standard container. 
     
     
         19 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein the container is a standard container with a reduced height. 
     
     
         20 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein said one or more longitudinal profiles are two or more longitudinal profiles. 
     
     
         21 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein:
 each of said one or more longitudinal profiles has at least a first extension, a second extension, a third extension, and a fourth extension;   the first extension and the second extension form a first surface with a first thickness;   the third extension and the fourth extension form a second surface with a second thickness; and   the first surface encloses an angle of 10° to 170° with the second surface.   
     
     
         22 . The shading device according to  claim 21 , wherein the first surface and the second surface enclose an angle of 45° to 135°. 
     
     
         23 . The shading device according to  claim 21 , wherein the first surface and the second surface enclose an angle of 70° to 100°. 
     
     
         24 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein said one or more carrier elements are formed from one or more sheets with recesses. 
     
     
         25 . The shading device according to  claim 25 , wherein said one or more carrier elements are formed from one or more perforated sheets. 
     
     
         26 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , wherein said one or more carrier elements together with said one or more longitudinal profiles are disposed to ensure a shading on said first side of said carrier elements in a case of light irradiation from said second side of said carrier elements. 
     
     
         27 . The shading device according to  claim 16 , which comprises stop points for a transport of the standard container arranged on said second side of said one or more carrier elements such that an engagement of a conveying aid with the standard container is possible without damage to the shading device. 
     
     
         28 . The shading device according to  claim 27 , wherein said stop points are configured for engagement with a crane or a trolley. 
     
     
         29 . A standard container, comprising a shading device according to  claim 16 . 
     
     
         30 . A container, comprising:
 a container body being a standard container with walls having container outer surfaces;   a shading device disposed on said container body, said shading device including:   one or more carrier elements disposed to form a surface which is not closed and which enables air to circulate through said surface;   one or more holding devices fastened to said one or more carrier elements, said holding devices serving as spacers between one of said container outer surfaces and said carrier elements, and said holding devices being disposed on a first side of said one or more carrier elements;   one or more longitudinal profiles disposed on a second side opposite said first side of said one or more carrier elements, and said one or more longitudinal profiles extending on said second side of said one or more carrier elements; and   stop points for the transport of the standard container arranged on said second side of said one or more carrier elements on at least one of said container outer surfaces such that an engagement of a conveying aid with the standard container is possible without damage to said shading device.   
     
     
         31 . The container according to  claim 30 , which comprises a shading element disposed on one or more vertical lateral walls of said container body, wherein said shading element has
 holding regions; and   circulation elements.   
     
     
         32 . The container according to  claim 31 , which comprises fastening elements mounting said shading element with said holding regions to one or more vertical lateral walls of said standard container. 
     
     
         33 . The container according to  claim 30 , wherein said holding regions bear against one or more vertical lateral walls of said standard container and the circulation elements are spaced apart from said one or more vertical lateral walls of said standard container and the shading element on an underside and an upper side of the standard container does not fully cover the one or more vertical lateral walls of the standard container.
