The exercise machine can be used to complete pushups by using the rear bar to support a person's feet and the forward bar(s) to support a person's hands. The ability to adjust the height of the rear bar allows a person to adjust the difficulty of pushups completed on the exercise machine. The rear bar can also be adjusted to a height appropriate for a person to complete pullups.
