Abstract

A cosmetic applicator with silicone bristles, having a hard plastic frame and the silicone bristles; the silicone bristles cover an outer periphery of the hard plastic frame and are arranged radially.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cosmetic applicator with silicone bristles, comprising a hard plastic frame and the silicone bristles; the silicone bristles cover an outer periphery of the hard plastic frame and are arranged radially. 
     
     
         2 . The cosmetic applicator of  claim 1 , wherein the silicone bristles cover the outer periphery of the hard plastic frame by injection molding. 
     
     
         3 . The cosmetic applicator of  claim 2 , wherein the hard plastic frame has a mounting head; a middle section of the mounting head has a recessed circular portion. 
     
     
         4 . The cosmetic applicator of  claim 3 , wherein an end of the hard plastic frame has an inclined surface.
