Abstract

A bulletproof backpack includes a front panel, a side panel, and a back panel. The front panel includes at least one first storage compartment. Moreover, the front panel is made of multiple layers of bulletproof material. The side panel is fixedly attached to a periphery of the front panel and extends substantially perpendicular towards the back panel. The back panel is detachably attached to the side panel. An inner surface of the front panel, an inner surface of the side panel, and an inner surface of the back panel define a storage space, such that the storage space is accessible only when the back panel is detached from the side panel.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A bulletproof backpack comprising:
a front panel comprising at least one first storage compartment, wherein the front panel is made of a plurality of layers of bulletproof material; a side panel fixedly attached to a periphery of the front panel and extending substantially perpendicular towards a back panel; a back panel detachably attached to the side panel; and wherein an inner surface of the front panel, an inner surface of the side panel, and an inner surface of the back panel define a storage space, and wherein the storage space is accessible only when the back panel is detached from the side panel.

2 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the front panel further comprises a plurality of storage compartments.

3 . The bulletproof back pack of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the back panel further comprises a plurality of storage compartments.

4 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , wherein the bulletproof material is one of a Kevlar material, an Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene material, a polycarbonate resin thermoplastic material, and a carbon fiber composite material.

5 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , further comprising at least two side straps for securely fastening the bulletproof backpack over a shoulder of a user.

6 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , wherein the back panel is detachably attached to the side panel using one of zippers, hook and loop fasteners, and snap fasteners.

7 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 6 , wherein the zippers, hook and loop fasteners, and snap fasteners are hidden within the back panel and inaccessible from a position proximal to the front panel.

         8 . A bulletproof backpack comprising:
a front panel comprising at least one first storage compartment, wherein the front panel is made of a plurality of layers of bulletproof material; a side panel fixedly attached to a periphery of the front panel and extending substantially perpendicular towards a back panel; a back panel detachably attached to the side panel via zippers, wherein the zippers are inaccessible from a position proximal to the front panel; at least two side straps fixedly attached to the back panel, the at least two side straps configured to securely position the bulletproof backpack over a shoulder of the user; and wherein an inner surface of the front panel, an inner surface of the side panel, and an inner surface of the back panel define a storage space, and wherein the storage space is accessible only when the back panel is detached from the side panel.

9 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the front panel further comprises a plurality of storage compartments.

10 . The bulletproof back pack of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the back panel further comprises a plurality of storage compartments.

11 . The bulletproof backpack of claim 1 , wherein the bulletproof material is a Kevlar material.
