Abstract

A method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp includes steps of: preparing hemp material: cutting stem of hemp into pieces, drying and charring the pieces of hemp at 800 to 1200 degrees Celsius and grinding the pieces of hemp into powder to form a hemp material; preparing primary granule: mixing the hemp material and nylon granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80, melting and granulating the hemp material and nylon granules to form primary granules; preparing mixed granules: mixing and melting the primary granules and nylon granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80 and granulating to form mixed granules; spinning: melting the mixed granules to spin into a composite fiber.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp, including steps of:
preparing hemp material: cutting stem of hemp into pieces, drying and charring the pieces of hemp at 800 to 1200 degrees Celsius and grinding the pieces of hemp into powder to form a hemp material; preparing primary granule: mixing the hemp material and main granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80 wherein the main granules are selected from a group composed of nylon granules or polyester granules, melting and granulating the hemp material and main granules to form primary granules; preparing mixed granules: mixing and melting the primary granules and main granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80 and granulating to form mixed granules; spinning: melting the mixed granules to spin into a composite fiber.

2 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 1 , wherein the hemp material and main granules are mixed in a weight ratio of 15:85, the primary granules and main granules are mixed in a weight ratio of 15:85.

3 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 1 , wherein the hemp material is powder composed of nanoparticles.

4 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 1 , wherein the mix granules includes 0.2-2 wt % of the hemp material.

5 . A method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp, including steps of:
preparing hemp material: cutting stem of hemp into pieces, drying and charring the pieces of hemp at 800 to 1200 degrees Celsius and grinding the pieces of hemp into powder to form a hemp material; preparing primary granule: mixing the hemp material and main granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80 wherein the main granules are selected from a group composed of nylon granules or polyester granules, melting and granulating the hemp material and main granules to form primary granules; mixing, melting, and spinning: mixing and melting the primary granules and main granules in a weight ratio of 5-20:95-80 followed by spinning into a composite fiber.

6 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 5 , wherein the hemp material and main granules are mixed in a weight ratio of 15:85, the primary granules and main granules are mixed in a weight ratio of 15:85.

7 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 5 , wherein the hemp material is powder composed of nanoparticles.

8 . The method for manufacturing composite fiber of hemp of claim 5 , wherein the mixture of the primary granules and main granules includes 0.2-2 wt % of the hemp material.
