Abstract

The present invention provides a composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness, which comprises a bladder layer, an attached sheet layer, and a protective layer, the bladder layer comprises a solid ball filled with an elastic material, the attached sheet layer comprises an upper attached sheet layer and a lower attached sheet layer, and the attached external surfaces of the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer are also covered by the protective layer which is molded by injecting the elastic material. As the present invention adopts the injection molding method to form the protective layer on the surface of the attached sheet layer, the present invention has special waterproof and wear-resisting properties in comparison with conventional balls.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness, characterized by comprising a bladder layer, an attached sheet layer, and a protective layer, wherein the bladder layer comprises a solid ball filled with an elastic material, the attached sheet layer comprises an upper attached sheet layer and a lower attached sheet layer, the attached external surfaces of the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer are also covered by the protective layer which is molded by injecting the elastic material, the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer can wrap the exterior of the bladder layer and be spliced together to form a complete ball, and a viscous material is arranged at the joint between the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer, so that the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer are tightly stuck together.

2 . The composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness according to claim 1 , characterized in that the elastic material is a macromolecular thermoplastic elastic material.

3 . The composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness according to claim 1 , characterized in that the joint between the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer is sawtoothed, moreover, the edge of each of the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer is provided with convex portions and concave portions, each convex portion is adjacent to one concave portion, and each convex portion or concave portion of the upper attached sheet layer corresponds to each convex portion or concave portion of the lower attached sheet layer, so that the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer can be embedded with each other.

4 . The composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness according to claim 1 , characterized in that a reinforcing layer is also arranged between the bladder layer and the attached sheet layer, and the reinforcing layer is wound outside the bladder layer using a weaving thread or a woven fabric to be to form a reinforcing sheet layer.

5 . The composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness according to claim 1 , characterized in that the viscous material is waterproof sealant.
