Abstract
An architecture that can facilitate support for or integration of disparate communications networks. The architecture can embody a consolidated network repository (CNR) that can be configured as a single logical repository that can potentially be configured according to a common schema regardless of the type or number of schema employed by the disparate communications networks.

1 . A system, comprising:
a frontend interface configured to communicate, according to a first protocol, with a first group of devices of a first communication platform, and to communicate, according to a second protocol that differs from the first protocol, with a second group of devices of a second communication platform; a backend interface configured to communicate, according to a third protocol, with a data store that stores consolidated data of the first communication platform and the second communication platform, wherein the consolidated data is stored according to a single common schema; a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
receiving, via the frontend interface, a first request for data that is formatted according to the first protocol;
translating the first request for data that is formatted according to the first protocol to a second request for data that is formatted according to the third protocol; and
transmitting, via the backend interface, the second request for data to the data store.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations further comprise in response to the transmitting the second request for data, receiving, via the backend interface, a first response from the data store that is formatted according to the third protocol.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the operations further comprise translating the first response that is formatted according to the third protocol to a second response that is formatted according to the first protocol.
4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the operations further comprise transmitting, via the frontend interface, the second response to a target device that transmitted the first request.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first communication platform is a fifth generation wireless communication platform and the second communication platform is a broadband communication platform.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first communication platform is a member of a group comprising: a cellular communication platform, an Internet protocol multimedia subsystem communication platform, a broadband communication platform, or a voice-over-IP communication platform.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the second communication platform is a member of a group comprising: a cellular communication platform, an Internet protocol multimedia subsystem communication platform, a broadband communication platform, or a voice-over-IP communication platform.
8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the frontend interface comprises respective interfaces that respectively support communication according to the first protocol and the second protocol.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the respective interfaces are data-less and support protocols comprising at least one of a lightweight data access protocol, a simple object access protocol, an extensible markup language, a hypertext transfer protocol, or a simple network management protocol.
10 . A machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
facilitating, according to a first protocol, communication with a first group of devices of a first communication platform; facilitating, according to a second protocol that differs from the first protocol, communication with a second group of devices of a second communication platform; facilitating, according to a third protocol that differs from the first protocol and the second protocol, communication with a data store that stores consolidated data of the first communication platform and the second communication platform, wherein the consolidated data is stored according to a single common schema; receiving a first request for data that is formatted according to the first protocol; translating the first request for data that is formatted according to the first protocol to a second request for data that is formatted according to the third protocol; and transmitting the second request for data to the data store.
11 . The machine-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise instructing a group of interfaces to communicate with multiple groups of devices of multiple different communication platforms according to respective different protocols that differ from one another, and wherein the multiple groups of devices comprise the first group of devices and the second group of devices.
12 . The machine-readable medium of claim 11 , wherein the group of interfaces are data-less interfaces.
13 . The machine-readable medium of claim 12 , wherein the group of interfaces support at least one of: a lightweight data access protocol, a simple object access protocol, an extensible markup language, a hypertext transfer protocol, or a simple network management protocol.
14 . The machine-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the first communication platform is a fifth generation wireless communication platform and the second communication platform is an Internet protocol multimedia subsystem communication platform.
15 . The machine-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the first communication platform is a member of a group comprising: a cellular communication platform and an emergency services communication platform.
16 . The machine-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the second communication platform is a member of a group comprising: a cellular communication platform and an emergency services communication platform.
17 . A method, comprising:
facilitating, by a device comprising a processor, communication with a first group of devices of a first communication platform according to a first protocol native to the first communication platform; facilitating, by the device, communication with a second group of devices of a second communication platform according to a second protocol native to the second communication platform; facilitating, by the device, communication with a data store that stores consolidated data of the first communication platform and the second communication platform according to a single common schema, wherein the communication with the data store is according to a third protocol native to the data store; facilitating, by the device, receiving a first request for data formatted according to the first protocol; transforming, by the device, the first request for data formatted according to the first protocol to a second request for data formatted according to the third protocol; and facilitating, by the device, transmitting the second request for data to the data store.
18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising, in response to the transmitting of the second request for data, facilitating, by the device, receiving a first response from the data store formatted according to the third protocol.
19 . The method of claim 18 , further comprising translating, by the device, the first response formatted according to the third protocol to a second response formatted according to the first protocol.
