Board and components kit

Abstract

A board and components kit including a board with a wagering section and a numeric display section, and components including dice, and a marking chip is provided. The wagering section includes an ante area, a horns bonus area, a doubles bonus area, an under area, and an over area segregated and separately marked thereon for placing an ante and wagers by one or more players. The wagering section includes predefined rules and criteria for winning, losing, and placing wagers. The numeric display section is marked with numeric indicia. The marking chip indicates a numeric total on the numeric display section after each roll of the dice. One or more actions are performed for determining winners or losers based on a numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of the dice rolled for a first time and on or more subsequent times respectively.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A board and components kit comprising:
 a board comprising a wagering section and a numeric display section;
 said wagering section comprising:
 an ante area, a horns bonus area, a doubles bonus area, an under area, and an over area segregated and separately marked on said wagering section for placing an ante and wagers by one or more players; 
 a plurality of a first text area comprising predefined rules for:
 winning said ante and said wagers placed on said ante area, said horns bonus area, said doubles bonus area, said under area, and on said over area of said wagering section of said board; 
 losing said ante and said wager placed on said ante area, said horns bonus area, said doubles bonus area, said under area, and said over area of said wagering section of said board; 
 
 a plurality of a second text area comprising predefined criteria for placing said wagers marked on said under area, and on said over area of said wagering section of said board; and 
 said numeric display section marked with numeric indicia comprising numbers 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10; 
 
   a plurality of components comprising:
 a pair of dice, wherein each die of said pair of dice comprising six faces numbered one to six, said dice rolled for a first time and one or more subsequent times by a dealer, wherein one or more of a plurality of first actions are performed based on a first numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said dice rolled for said first time, and wherein one or more of a plurality of second actions are performed based on a second numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said dice rolled for each of one or more subsequent times; 
 a dice cup for shaking said dice; and 
 a marking chip for indicating one of said numbers equal to a numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said rolled dice, on said numeric display section of said board after each roll of said dice. 
   
     
     
         2 . The board and components kit of  claim 1 , wherein said predefined rules for one of winning and losing said ante and said wagers placed on said ante area, said horns bonus area, said doubles bonus area of said wagering section of said board further comprises:
 terminating placing of said wagers, if said first numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said dice is equal to one of 2, 3, 11, and 12, and declaring said one or more players as losers;   declaring said one or more players who placed wagers on said horns bonus area of said wagering section of said board as horns bonus winners, if said first numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said dice is equal to one of 2, 3, 11, and 12;   declaring said one or more players who placed wagers on said horns bonus area of said wagering section of said board as losers, if said first numeric total of numeric indicia on exposed faces of said dice is not equal to one of 2, 3, 11, and 12;   declaring said one or more players who placed wagers on said doubles bonus area of said wagering section of said board as doubles bonus winners, if said numeric indicia on an exposed face of each die of said pair of dice are equal to each other; and   declaring said one or more players who placed wagers on said doubles bonus area of said wagering section of said board as losers, if said numeric indicia on said exposed face of said each die of said pair of dice are not equal to each other.   
     
     
         3 . The board and components kit of  claim 1 , wherein said predefined rules for winning said wagers placed on said under area, said over area of said wagering section of said board further comprises:
 declaring said one or more players as one of winners and losers based on one of an accurate prediction and an inaccurate prediction of said second numeric total being one of under and over said first numeric total by said one or more players who placed wagers on one of said under area and said over area of said wagering section of said board respectively; and   declaring said one or more players as losers if said second numeric total is equal to said first numeric total.   
     
     
         4 . The board and components kit of  claim 1 , wherein said predefined criteria determines an amount of said wagers to be placed on said wagering section of said board for a subsequent roll of said dice, wherein said predefined criteria comprises:
 one of 1, 2, 3, and 4 multiplied by said placed ante, if said first numeric total equals 7;   one of 1, 2, and 3 multiplied by said placed ante, if said first numeric total equals one of 6 and 8;   one of 1 and 2 multiplied by said placed ante, if said first numeric total equals one of 5 and 9; and   1 multiplied by said placed ante, if said first numeric total equals one of 4 and 10.   
     
     
         5 . The board and components kit of  claim 1 , wherein said dice are placed in a pop bubble and said dice are pushed from said pop bubble.
