Multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of suitcases, in particular to a multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life. An automatic airbed or a waterproof sleeping bag is arranged inside a case body of the suitcase, so that the user can have a rest anytime and anywhere; a desk board and a folding stool are arranged in a case cover, so that the user can handle official business anytime and anywhere when going out. Meanwhile, a charging power supply and a mini speaker are also arranged in the case cover, so that the suitcase is more convenient and entertaining in outdoor activities. The suitcase has distinct structural gradation, diversified functions and easy access to articles therein, achieves the maximum space utilization of the suitcase and integrates work, life and entertainment functions, so that it can be applied to outing, camping, traveling, fishing, performance, military and other scenes.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life, comprising a case body and a case cover which are hinged at one side and opened or closed by a zipper, wherein the case body and the case cover are both coated with a carbon fiber layerinside and an enameled cow leather layer formed by an enameled cow leather process on surfaces thereof;
 the case body is provided with inner compartments for receiving toiletries at an upper end thereof inside, a clothes storage cavity for receiving clothes in the middle inside, and a bed storage cavity for receiving an automatic airbed or a waterproof sleeping bag at a lower end thereof inside;   the case cover is provided with inner compartments for receiving documents and office supplies at an upper end thereof inside, wherein a charging power supply and a mini speaker are also arranged in the inner compartments;a storage cavity is provided on a lower side in the case cover; a desk board and a folding stool are arranged in the storage cavity, one side of the desk board is hinged to an upper end of the storage cavity, and a support frame is arranged at the back of the desk board; and   a rubber snap-in structure with waterproof function, which is located on an inner side of the zipper, is further arranged around the case body and the case cover.

The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein there are three inner compartments arranged in the case body, hooks for hanging clothes hangers are arranged at a lower end of the middle inner compartment, and a fishing rod is also arranged on one side inside the storage cavity. 
     
     
         3 . The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein the bed storage cavity is provided with a blocky quilt and a tent bed, or is provided with a net-like automatic airbed. 
     
     
         4 . The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein there are three inner compartments arranged in the case cover, with one being provided with the charging power supply and the mini speaker inside, and the other two being used for receiving the documents and office supplies; and the charging power supply or the mini speaker is further provided with a positioning system with an SOS function.

The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein the desk board is made of carbon fiber and coated with enameled cow leather on its surface, the support frame is made of carbon fiber and affixed with cow leather on its surface, and the surface of the folding stool is a cow leather surface. 
     
     
         6 . The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein a zirconium layer is also arranged between the carbon fiber layer and the enameled cow leather layer. 
     
     
         7 . The multifunctional suitcase supporting both work and life according to  claim 1 , wherein the rubber snap-in structure, by which the case cover and the case body are fixed, comprises epsilon-type rubber arranged around an opening of the case cover, and concave-shaped rubber arranged around an opening of the case body. 
     
     
         8 . An enameled cow leather process according to  claim 1 , wherein its process flow is as follows:
 S 1 : soaking raw cow leather in water to restore it into a fresh leather state;   S 2 :unhairing and degreasing the cow leather so as to remove grease from cells in the cow leather and hairs from the surface of the cow leather;   S 3 : adding alkali to swell the cow leather, and then splitting;   S 4 : deliming and pickling to enable the cow leather to reach a pH value required for tanning;   S 5 : retanning to increase the tannin content;   S 6 : fatliquoring to enable the cow leather to absorb a proper quantity of fatliquoring material so as to make the cow leather plump;   S 7 : covering the carbon fiber material on the surfaces of the case body and the case cover with the cow leather which is allowed to dry naturally;   S 8 : stretching the covering, with processes of stretching and affixing the covering according to external profile shapes of the case body and the case cover;   S 9 : forming a layer of paint finish by wiping, brushing, pouring and spraying paint on the leather surface; and   S 10 : repeating S 9  until the paint finish is cured to form a paint finish in the optimal state.   
     
     
         9 . The enameled cow leather process according to  claim 8 , wherein in S 4 , the pH value for tanning ranges from 3.8 to 4.2, the temperature is 40 degrees centigrade, lasting 8 to 12 hours, and a vegetable tanning agent is adopted. 
     
     
         10 . The enameled cow leather process according to  claim 8 , wherein in S 3 , the alkali used is calcium hydroxide, and in S 9 , the paint used is vegetable Chinese lacquer.
