Abstract
According to some embodiments, a carton handle of a liquid carton is disclosed. Further, the carton handle may include a frame including a plurality of side walls enclosing a hollow area. Further, the frame may be configured to enclose a liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area. Further, the carton handle may include one or more handles projecting outward away from the hollow area, and downward. Further, the one or more handles may be connected to one or more exterior sides of one or more side walls of the plurality of side walls. Further, the carton handle may include one or more side tabs. Further, the one or more side tabs may be configured to be positioned a gable area of a liquid carton to grip one or more gables of the liquid carton to securely affix the carton handle to the liquid carton.

1 . A carton handle of a liquid carton, the carton handle comprising:
a frame comprising a plurality of side walls, wherein the plurality of side walls is generally planar, wherein the plurality of side walls encloses a hollow area, wherein each side wall of the plurality of side walls comprises an interior side and an exterior side, wherein the interior side of each of the plurality of side walls corresponds to a surface area enclosing, and facing towards the hollow area, wherein the exterior side of each of the plurality of side walls corresponds to a surface area facing away from the hollow area, wherein the frame is configured to enclose and grip a liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area, wherein the liquid carton comprises a generally cuboidal body configured to store a liquid, wherein the liquid carton includes one or more gables on a top portion of the body, wherein the one or more gables enclose a gable area comprising an area between the one or more gables and the body; one or more handles, wherein the one or more handles are connected to one or more exterior sides of one or more side walls of the plurality of side walls, wherein the one or more handles are connected near one or more top edges of the one or more side walls, wherein the one or more handles project outward away from the frame oppositely from the hollow area, wherein the one or more handles projects in a downward direction, wherein the one or more handles act as a gripping member allowing a user to grip the frame, and manipulate the liquid carton positioned in the hollow area; and, one or more side tabs, wherein the one or more side tabs extend along a length of the frame, wherein the one or more side tabs comprise one or more upward extensions from one or more top edges of one or more side walls of the plurality of side walls, wherein the one or more side tabs are canted inwards towards the hollow area, wherein the one or more side tabs are configured to be positioned in the gable area, wherein the one or more side tabs are configured to grip the one or more gables of the liquid carton to securely affix the carton handle to the liquid carton.
2 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein each side wall of the plurality of side walls is 4 inches wide, and 3 inches tall.
3 . The carton handle of claim 2 , wherein the frame is 4 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 3 inches deep.
4 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the upward extensions of the one or more side tabs are 1.1875 inches in length and 1.1875 inches in width.

The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the carton handle is configured to be slid downward over a liquid carton such that the liquid carton is positioned in the hollow area, and the one or more side tabs are configured to be positioned in the gable area and engage the one or more gables of the liquid carton to grip the liquid carton.
6 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the carton handle is manufactured from rigid, and durable materials, including at least one of plastic, aluminum alloy, and ceramics.
7 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more side tabs are connected to upper edges of the frame, wherein the one or more side tabs are canted inwards towards the hollow area at an angle of 35 degrees, wherein the one or more side tabs are configured to conform to the one or more gables of the liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area, wherein the one or more side tabs are configured to grip the one or more gables of the liquid carton to securely affix the carton handle to the liquid carton.
8 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of walls is configured to conform to an outer structural profile of the liquid carton when the frame is enclosing the liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area.
9 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more of side tabs comprise rectangular upwards extensions.
10 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more side tabs are oppositely connected to one or more side walls of the plurality of side walls directly adjacent to the one or more side walls wherein the one or more handles are connected to the one or more side walls, corresponding to oppositely located one or more gables of the liquid carton,
11 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of walls comprises an adhesive on the interior side to enable the frame to the liquid carton in a secure manner.
12 . The carton handle of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of walls comprises a high friction surface on the interior side to enable the frame to the liquid carton in a secure manner.
13 . A carton handle of a liquid carton, the carton handle comprising:
a frame comprising four side walls comprising a first wall, a second wall, a third wall, and a fourth wall, wherein the four side walls are generally planar, wherein the four side walls encloses a hollow area, wherein each side wall of the four side walls comprises an interior side and an exterior side, wherein the interior side of each of the four side walls corresponds to a surface area enclosing and facing towards the hollow area, wherein the exterior side of each of the four side walls corresponds to a surface area facing away from the hollow area, wherein the frame is configured to enclose and grip a liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area, wherein the liquid carton comprises a generally cuboidal body configured to store a liquid, wherein the liquid carton includes one or more gables on a top portion of the body, wherein the one or more gables enclose a gable area comprising an area between the one or more gables and the body; a handle, wherein the handle is connected to an exterior side of the first side wall, wherein the handle is connected near a top edge of the first side wall, wherein the handle projects outward away from the frame oppositely from the hollow area, wherein the handle projects in a downward direction, wherein the handle acts as a gripping member allowing a user to grip the frame and manipulate the liquid carton positioned in the hollow area; and, two side tabs, wherein the two side tabs are connected to two side walls of the four side walls, wherein the two side tabs extend along a length of the frame, wherein the two side tabs comprise two upward extensions top edges of the two side walls, wherein the two side tabs are canted inwards towards the hollow area, wherein the two side tabs are configured to be positioned in the gable area, wherein the two side tabs are configured to grip the gables of the liquid carton to securely affix the carton handle to the liquid carton.

The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the two side tabs are connected to the top edges of the two side walls of the four side walls, wherein the two side tabs are canted inwards towards the hollow area at an angle of 35 degrees, wherein the two side tabs are configured to conform to the one or more gables of the liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area, wherein the two side tabs are configured to grip the one or more gables of the liquid carton to securely affix the carton handle to the liquid carton.
15 . The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the four walls are configured to conform to an outer structural profile of the liquid carton when the frame is enclosing the liquid carton corresponding to the liquid carton being positioned in the hollow area.
16 . The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the two side tabs comprise rectangular upwards extensions.
17 . The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the two side tabs are oppositely connected to the second side wall and the third side wall directly adjacent to the first side wall, corresponding to oppositely located one or more gables of the liquid carton,
18 . The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the four walls comprise an adhesive on the interior side to enable the frame to the liquid carton in a secure manner.
19 . The carton handle of claim 13 , wherein the four walls comprise a high friction surface on the interior side to enable the frame to the liquid carton in a secure manner.
