Abstract
An apparatus for enabling a user to access a dynamic attribute associated with a service point may include a processing element. The processing element may be configured to receive an indication of a dynamic attribute associated with a service point having a particular geographic location, indicate an availability of the dynamic attribute to a user, and enable the user to access the dynamic attribute in response to a user selection. The dynamic attribute may be provided from a mobile content source proximate to the particular geographic location.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for enabling a user to access dynamic attribute associated with a service point, the method comprising:
receiving an indication that the dynamic attribute associated with the service point is available from a content source; receiving a request from a user terminal; and providing an indication of the availability of the dynamic attribute to the user terminal; facilitating a connection between the user terminal and the content source, wherein the dynamic attribute is defined is associated with at least one of an event and a location that is changeable in an unpredictable fashion or at unpredictable times.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising providing a mapping service to the user terminal.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the mapping displayed includes landmarks, roads, buildings, service points or other geographical features.
4 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising providing route guidance to a particular service point.
5 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising incorporating into the map display various ones of the geographical features and other supplemental information about a particular service point.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising providing a searching service to the user terminal.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the searching service provides an indication of a dynamic attribute associated with the service point in response to a search associated with the service point.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic attribute comprises one of a video, an image, and audio content currently being recorded or recently recorded.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic attribute is available within a predefined period of time.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic attribute comprises at least one of a set of images captured within proximity of at least one of the service point and an event associated with the service point, dynamic information on a seating availability at the service point, and dynamic information on the availability of physical goods and media.
11 . A computer program product comprising at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program code portions stored therein for enabling a user to access dynamic attribute associated with a service point, the computer-readable program code portions for:
receiving an indication that the dynamic attribute associated with the service point is available from a content source; receiving a request from a user terminal; providing an indication of the availability of the dynamic attribute to the user terminal; and facilitating a connection between the user terminal and the content source, wherein the dynamic attribute is defined is associated with at least one of an event and a location that is changeable in an unpredictable fashion or at unpredictable times.
12 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the computer-readable program code portions are further for providing a mapping service to the user terminal.
13 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the mapping displayed includes landmarks, roads, buildings, service points or other geographical features.
14 . The computer program product of claim 13 , wherein the computer-readable program code portions are further for providing route guidance to a particular service point.
15 . The computer program product of claim 13 , wherein the computer-readable program code portions are further for incorporating into the map display various ones of the geographical features and other supplemental information about a particular service point.
16 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the computer-readable program code portions are further for providing a searching service to the user terminal.
17 . The computer program product of claim 6 , wherein the searching service provides an indication of a dynamic attribute associated with the service point in response to a search associated with the service point.
18 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the dynamic attribute comprises one of a video, an image, and audio content currently being recorded or recently recorded.
19 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the dynamic attribute is available within a predefined period of time.
20 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein the dynamic attribute comprises at least one of a set of images captured within proximity of at least one of the service point and an event associated with the service point, dynamic information on a seating availability at the service point, and dynamic information on the availability of physical goods and media.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
