Abstract

A floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer has a bottom layer and a surface layer fixed onto a top of the bottom layer. The bottom layer is a foam material, and the surface layer is a hard plastic film embossed with a wood pattern and having indentations corresponding to the wood pattern.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer, the puzzle comprising a bottom layer and a surface layer fixed onto a top of the bottom layer, the bottom layer being a foam material, and the surface layer being a hard plastic film embossed with a wood pattern and having indentations corresponding to the wood pattern;
 wherein the surface layer further comprises at least one raised portion corresponding to the wood pattern.   
     
     
         2 . The floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom layer is a foam material comprising ethylene vinyl acetate EVA), polyethelene (PE), or EVA mixed with PE.

         4 . The floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the surface layer is embossed with the wood pattern, and a bottom surface of the surface layer is coated with an adhesive agent for attachment to the bottom layer. 
     
     
         5 . The floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the surface layer is embossed with the wood pattern, and the surface layer and the bottom layer are hot melted together. 
     
     
         6 . The floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the surface layer overlaps a top surface of the bottom layer, embossed to have the wood pattern, and hot-pressed to combine with the bottom layer. 
     
     
         7 . The floor mat puzzle with a wood-patterned top layer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a peripheral edge of the floor mat puzzle comprises at least one convex region and one concave region.
