Swimming goggles storage assembly
Abstract
A swimming goggles storage assembly for storing and drying swimming goggles includes a canister that has a plurality of drain holes therein to drain a fluid from the canister. A lid is removably positioned on the canister to close the canister. The lid has a plurality of drain apertures therein to pass the fluid therethrough when the lid is positioned on the canister. A pair of swimming goggles is provided and the swimming goggles are inserted into the canister after the swimming goggles are worn in water for storage. The drain holes in the canister and the drain apertures in the lid facilitate the swimming goggles to dry in the canister.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedAmendments in the claims: (struck-through parts deleted and underlined parts added):
1 . A swimming goggles storage assembly for storing swimming goggles, said assembly comprising:
a canister having a plurality of drain holes therein wherein each of said drain holes is configured to drain a fluid from said canister, said canister having a bottom wall and an outer wall extending perpendicularly and upwardly from said bottom wall, said outer wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall defining an opening into said canister, said drain holes being distributed around said outer wall such that a center of each drain hole positioned around said outer wall is positioned within a single plane perpendicular to said outer wall, said drain holes positioned in said outer wall being centrally positioned between said bottom wall and said distal edge; a lid being removably positioned on said canister to close said canister, said lid having a plurality of drain apertures therein wherein each of said drain apertures is configured to pass the fluid therethrough when said lid is positioned on said canister; and a pair of swimming goggles, said swimming goggles being inserted insertable into said canister after said swimming goggles are worn in water for storage wherein said drain holes and said drain apertures facilitate said swimming goggles to dry while positioned in said canister.

3 . (canceled)
4 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said lid has a top wall and an outermost wall extending downwardly from a peripheral edge of said top wall, said outermost wall being continuous such that said lid has a disk shape, said top wall abutting said distal edge of said canister having said outermost wall frictionally engaging said outer wall of said canister to releasably retain said lid on said canister.
5 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein each of said drain apertures is positioned on said top wall.
6 . A swimming goggles storage assembly for storing swimming goggles, said assembly comprising:
a canister having a plurality of drain holes therein wherein each of said drain holes is configured to drain a fluid from said canister, said drain holes being distributed around said outer wall and said bottom wall said canister having a bottom wall and an outer wall extending perpendicularly and upwardly from said bottom wall, said outer wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall defining an opening into said canister, said drain holes being distributed around said outer wall such that a center of each drain hole positioned around said outer wall is positioned within a single plane perpendicular to said outer wall, said drain holes positioned in said outer wall being centrally positioned between said bottom wall and said distal edge; a lid being removably positioned on said canister to close said canister, said lid having a plurality of drain apertures therein wherein each of said drain apertures is configured to pass the fluid therethrough when said lid is positioned on said canister, said lid having a top wall and an outermost wall extending downwardly from a peripheral edge of said top wall, said outermost wall being continuous such that said lid has a disk shape, each of said drain apertures being positioned on said top wall and arranged radially around a center of said top wall, said top wall abutting said distal edge of said canister having said outermost wall frictionally engaging said outer wall of said canister to releasably retain said lid on said canister; and a pair of swimming goggles, said swimming goggles being insertable into said canister after said swimming goggles are worn in water for storage wherein said drain holes and said drain apertures facilitate the swimming goggles to dry while positioned in said canister.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
