         1 . A modular protection and security device 10 for protecting a boat 12 within a boat slip 14 comprising:
 a. a plurality of removable fasteners  20   ab , each removable fastener for securing to a portion of a dock  16 ;
 b. a stationary bowed frame  30  configured to be positioned over the boat slip  14  and secured to the plurality of removable fasteners;
 c. a plurality of stationary frame tracks  34   a - b , each stationary frame track mounted to a side of the stationary bowed frame;
 d. a plurality of upper track rollers  36   a  mounted to the stationary bowed frame  30 ;
 e. a moveable bowed frame  40  mounted to the upper track rollers and slidable over the stationary bowed frame  30 ;
 f. a plurality of moveable frame tracks  42   a , each moveable frame track mounted to a side of the moveable bowed frame;
 g. a plurality of lower track rollers  44   a - b  mounted to the movable bowed frame  40  positioned for rolling within in the stationary frame tracks;
 h. a first flexible sheath 60 with a first internal tubing 62 extending through the first flexible sheath from one end to the other end, the first flexible sheath mounted to the stationary bowed frame 30 , the first flexible sheath having a length from end to end that is shorter than a length of the boat; and
 i. a second flexible sheath 70 with a second internal tubing 72 extending through the second flexible sheath from one end to the other end, the second flexible sheath mounted to the moveable bowed frame 40 and wherein the first flexible sheath is configured to fit between the moveable bowed frame and the stationary bowed frame.

         2 . The modular protection and security device of claim 1 , wherein the stationary bowed frame 30 comprises a plurality of stationary legs 31 a - d and a plurality of stationary arched roof members 32 , with each stationary arched roof member connected to each stationary leg, and a plurality of stationary crossbeams 33 mounted between pairs of stationary legs.

         3 . The modular protection and security device of claim 2 , wherein the moveable bowed frame comprises a plurality of arched roof members 46 a - d , and a plurality of moveable bowed frame crossbeams 47 a - f mounted between pairs of arched roof members.

         4 . The modular protection and security device of claim 3 , comprising a parking leg 48 mounted to an arched roof member 46 b for fixing the moveable bowed frame to the dock 16 .

         5 . The modular protection and security device of claim 1 , comprising a wireless camera 105 connected to a power supply connected to a network 107 mounted to one end of the stationary bowed frame.

         6 . The modular protection and security device of claim 1 , comprising a plurality of extensions 50 abcdef for increasing for each stationary bowed frame and each moveable bowed frame at least one of a height and a width.

         7 . The modular protection and security device of claim 1 , comprising a motor with worm gear 120 mounted to the stationary bowed frame 30 for extending and retracting the moveable bowed frame along the stationary frame track, the motor connected to a power supply 124 .

         8 . The modular protection and security device of claim 7 , comprising a remote control 130 connected to a network 107 for actuating the motor 120 from a remote location.

         9 . The modular protection and security device of claim 2 comprising a plurality of stationary cantilever anchor arms 150 a , each stationary cantilever anchor arm connected between a pair of stationary legs.

         10 . The modular protection and security device of claim 1 comprising a message area 99 on the second flexible sheath.

         11 . The modular protection and security device of claim 3 , comprising a plurality of tensioners 170 abc , each tensioner mounted to one of the plurality of stationary legs 31 where the stationary leg meets the stationary arched roof member 32 configured for providing a load to the first internal tubing 62 of the first flexible sheath.
